Friendly doctor however each time I have an appointment it is never on time. One time I waited a whole hour. Now that is ridiculous. I would say that although he is friendly I’m not certain the tactics are the most helpful. There are some medications and remedies I don’t think he is aware of. The front desk staff are not all there either.

I saw him time after time, for months for a hip replacement- he was pleasant enough- but not only would he NEVER add me to his schedule for hip replacement; he would not even discuss how far out he was booked. I read another review that said he was ‘patient with questions’. I can’t say he wasn’t, except he was as good as any politician at never really answering them. He never really examined me. All he and his staff cared about was giving my knee a shot. I didn't want it and was told if I didn't take the shot there was nothing he could do for me. After the pain from the shot wore off the knee still hurt. He did nothing but take my money and gave me more pain
She gave me a cortisone shot for tennis elbow, which flared painfully. Found out later from another specialist that such shots don’t work for tennis elbow. She mentioned surgery so soon it made me uncomfortable. She appeared a bit knife happy.
Dr. Kerner does not follow through on his promises. Operative notes are not timely. he looks down his nose for Worker’s Compensation patients. Did not meet with me after my wife’s surgery. Told me he would request a Home Health Assessment and did not do so. Not a good way to treat his patients.
He looked at my xrays and the paperwork I filled out about my back pain walked in and said "this is not a surgical case" and walked out.
Dr. Musante spent less than 10 minutes with me. This physician came in and began speaking to me about my age (40) and crepitus without first asking about my experience or doing a pain assessment. He reviewed an X-ray that did not include the portion of my body that I came in for. He said, “I can see most of it and it looks ok.” Pain is not a normal part of aging. Arrived on time for an 8:45 appointment. By 9:40, the doctor still hadn't been in to see me. I went up to the desk and asked how much longer the wait will be, and was told he was coming to me next. When he comes in, Dr. Petty proceeds to admonish me because he was told that I checked in late, and that they have to see the people that arrive on time first.
