Absolutely terrible. Dr. Arcedo didn't listen to me or try to help me. He passed the buck and charged probably hundreds of dollars to my insurance for a 5 minute appointment. He didn't explain anything to me or answer any of my questions. I felt really uneasy and I just wanted to get out of there.
He's a terrible person. He would not listen to my concerns, very rude, very unprofessional. Would not recommend him to anyone.
Had a hip replacement surgery and hip went fairly well. Advised me too go through physical therapy for 4-6 weeks. The excercises did nothing for IT Band syndrome and hip bursitis. Went to physical therapy for almost 6 months with visits along the way too see him again. Honestly I feel like the physical therapy did more damage to my lower back and did not help my chronic bursitis or IT Band that were torn. Have never been more Miserable in my life these last five years since I started seeing this guy. Tore me up, sliced, diced and chopped. My life is ruined. And he doesn’t care.
I would not recommend Dr. Musante, nor will I schedule another appointment with him. He didn't listen to what I was saying regarding my symptoms. I told him the diagnosed from my pain management doctor. He said he didn't mention that in his notes. I had printed my visits/summaries. and showed it to Dr. Musante. He did the job but told me I was being disrespectful without any understanding of my situation or current events. I saw this doctor virtually. I am not experienced with visiting a doctor virtually and thinking- perfect, I can visit with the doctor while I get ready for work- because I don’t have the capability to go to a doctor in person because... pandemic, not being able to miss work, caring for a one year old, etc. It would have shown understanding and compassion, IMO, had he said, hello- when you meet with a doctor virtu... read more
