My mom was in hospital for about 2 to 3 weeks due to kidney problems and had to start dialysis she was getting ready for discharge and the case manager said that she needed to go to a skilled nursing facility that does in house dialysis and rehab. I looked and looked for hours and days to find a half decent facility that I could go home and feel ok leaving here in their care. My mom had to go here for rehabilitation, excellent service all around! They pushed her hard to help her gain strength and was able to leave after all nine days!

This is a small but excellent rehab facility for folks with breathing issues. Great therapy and good food.

My mom is currently here because they are the only rehab in the area that does peritoneal dialysis. It's an excellent facility. Everyone is super-friendly. The food is good and visitors are allowed complimentary beverages. They let me wheel her around into the courtyard for fresh air. They have a comprehensive physical therapy room including kitchen, bathroom, and car to practice in. They also have a rec room with puzzles. They have a therapy dog and even let you bring your dog for a visit outside. They also let you request ... read more

My dad unfortunately ended up with a leg amputation and we picked out encompass for him. I was so impressed with the timely response from the nurses and his OT/PT (Emily and Kaitlyn). Food was overall pretty good and the place was clean. With an amputation my dad was out in 2 weeks and I'm impressed at the progress he made. The reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is the terrible communication. Everything was last minute and I felt I was constantly asking questions to get the answers I needed.
