Man, people are angry! LOL! I have to say that our experience wasn't perfect but I never saw the kind of treatment that is described on here. My mom had a fall and a hip fracture. I live north so we came to Reliant. The staff are busy but work hard. Most are very friendly. Some staff members are not as talkative as others but are respectful. I stayed with my mom the 11 days she was there. I am a nurse and kept a close eye on everything that went on. My mom was transferred to Reliant for rehab after having major surgery. She was treated with the utmost respect from the day she arrived until she was released. She came to Reliant needing to learn how to transition from a wheelchair, learn to use a walker and build up her strength. The nursing staff and techs were considerate of her needs and provided her with excellent medical care. The therapy team worked with her daily to help her build up her strength and taught her how to adapt to her new way of life in a wheelchair. D... read more

After reading the other reviews posted, I was scared to death for my mother who was recovering from a broken pelvis, to be admitted to Reliant. She has a very specialized diet in addition to her injury. The staff was able to accommodate her needs and was quick to replace anything that came from the kitchen incorrectly. We experienced nothing but caring and professional service. She had excellent care from all the therapist as well. My mother was here for several days after having both of her knees replaced. The staff was very nice. Great doctor and caring nurses. Rooms are much nicer than the hospital. Very bright and clean. They handled all the paperwork. No complaints.

My husband is in their care. They do not care about the patients. All they care about is the big fat check they will get at the end of the two weeks of rehab.
