TERRIBLE!!! I fell for it talked with A---- Park- about getting a extended warranty. I asked all the questions and still didn't feel like it was a good policy. *************- assured me to just pay the startup fee and your monthly payments and all everything will be covered. WRONG what a LIAR this whole company is!!! Had my car at an authorized dealer to have 2 motor mounts repaired on my Vehicle. When the shop contacted Endurance, was informed that the claim was denied due to benefits being at **** Was never made aware that there was a *** on claim benefits. When I called back to speak with someone regarding denial of the claim, was put on hold for several minutes then hung up on. This is just one the excuses that was made to deny claims. $3344.00 in total cost of warranty benefits for no peace of mind.

I just got a letter from endurance dealer services saying depending on your make and mileage prices will rise between $150 and $500 per year! Funny I dont own a car

Beware of any unsolicited communications you receive from this company.They somehow got me to believe (my bad) that I had an auto warranty through them, and that it would cost me $125 to get the coverage. I STUPIDLY paid, via phone, stupidly giving them my cc info. Then without my realizing it was a $125 MONTHLY charge, they charged me another $125. They deserve NO ?? I had Endurance for 1 year and I canceled and wanted a refund because they didn't want to pay for my car to be fixed, and it was under the warranty, then the person who wrote the report Lied on the report and said something else was the problem with my car, that's when I wanted out.Then I didn't get a full refund and they never paid nothing to fix my car. *********************** I bought an service contract on o4/17/2018 on 2/26/2024 I needed engine work on my car they refuse to pay for it. I have been on the phone for 2 days now getting a runaround ,not getting any answers.

They collect your money every month and when it's time to pay for repairs. They claim they can't pay. And don't want to give my money back.and make up excuses claiming the calculations shows theirs no refund due. I had been canceled and got the run around about my refund for 2 months.

I bought an Endurance vehicle service contract Oct 2023. Did everything they required of me to be covered. Had check engine light pop up in Feb **** & immediately took it to ********* ********* **. Endurance kept sending out inspectors giving me the runaround 2 weeks before denying claim! ******** mechanic even called Endurance multiple times. Have received numerous unsolicited letters from Endurance about increases in rates; however we do not have a car warranty with them. The letter is phrased in a manner that is at best misleading. They need to be sanctioned by the ***** ******************** as scam artist and prohibited from operating in *****. Letters to ** need to stop now! Endurance is a fraud.
