Not only did they send my 90-year-old mother (and hasn't driven in a few years now) a letter indicating her eligibility for some scam service program, it was for a car she never owned. Get your stuff together BBB. They should not have an A+ rating. Not the first letter either.
I don't even use these SCAMMERS but yet they send mail wanting me to pay them for outdated auto insurance! The constant mailing of price increases that I need to act NOW! These ass-hats need to be sued !!!
They left me in a bind without transportation for over 62 days. The adjuster came to dealership four or fives times this continue ongoing thing back in forth with the dealership about a transmission in Lincoln. I never got rental vehicle it was cover under warranty, I went hertz they said I was I would to have pay out of pocket. it was not cover warranty. they only agree to pay $2700 then it was $8000 total cost for transmission. This warranty is an absolute scam they find ways to wiggle their way out of what they claim to offer. My policy has been paid in full, I have never filed a claim but when a problem with my vehicle occurred I didnt have the coverage I was told I had and had paid for. I quickly canceled my policy, when calling to confirm they received the fax the *** was rude and stated it would take 6-8 weeks for then to do some remedial math to determine the prorated amount due as my refund. I am not an Endurance customer, but I received a letter about pricing that led me to believe someone had taken coverage out on my vehicle. The wording in the letter is not "advertising" wording, but again, led me to believe I had coverage. I checked my credit cards due to fears of identity theft, but found no charges. I called the company to make sure they did not have me listed as a customer. My policy is paid and I have file 2 claims and both denied my expenses are over $15k. When I bought the warranty they asked for the vin #. but never requested pictures of the vehicle. No they are saying my policy is void or canceled because I have altered the vehicle. I bought the vehicle as is and no alterations were made. Horrible experience. I dont recommend. I would not leave a star, but its asking me to rate it with a star
