I purchased a Level 4 contract througth a dealer with the expectation that money would be paid out for routine services, as well as all other major components of the vehicle. Vehicle has been in the shop since the second week of Sept. First diagnosis was the turbo. After several delays, Endurance asked if I would accept a used turbo and it would be covered by the warranty I agreed. It took over a week for the turbo to arrive at the repair facility. Further inspection revealed it was a bad valve issue and the motor would have to be rebuilt/replaced. Now the "Endurance Train" has come to a complete stop. I have repeated requested in phone calls to Endurance Dealer Services to CEASE and REMOVE my elderly mother from their mailing/advertising list as it is VERY confusing to her. When I called today, and they wanted me to provide the Finder Code, which I did, in the correspondence received. Then they wanted me to confirm my mother year, make, and model of her vehicle and I refused. Do not choose Endurance! I am 6 days out and my car is still in the repair shop. Endurance’s review committee is unacceptable in their turnaround time to provide contact to service provider.

PREDITORS!!!! I receive a similar letter from Endurance Dealer Services almost monthly for several years. I have sent them back requesting to be taken off of the mailing list. I have NEVER APPLIED TO OR CALLED THIS COMPANY! The last letter read as such: "Dear --------, We have just been advised there will be a Price Increase to our Extended Vehicle Serve Plans effective ----. this company solicits and buys Mailing Lists of Deceased Individuals. i just received a solicitation for my deceased wife, or past away in November 1999. now they won't allow me to discuss this letter with the person who signed it or transfer me to the President of the Comany.i want this Noted somewhere and you're the 1st notification.
I received a letter in the mail about a warranty price that will increase soon. There has never been anyone at my address by the name on the letter, so I called to remove from the list (already aware that this business is lacking in reputability).
