Do NOT buy anything from this company. Easy to contact before you signup, but not so after you have given them money. I have a 2009 vehicle and signup for the "Plus" package. It might as well be called the "Minus" package because they denied everything I requested. I went to one of their mechanics and was told that what I needed was different than what my long time mechanic said was wrong. I tell you one thing the are prompt with, no that is "it's not covered". I been with endurance vehicle coverage since January 2024. My monthly payment was $122 per month. I took my car to ***** on July 19th 2024 and paid $169 for a diagnostic test. ***** contacted endurance and they are not going to pay anything for my car. I feel that this company is a scam and a con. The seven months i paid was $854.

**disclaimer please read before you sign up**6/28/24 I spoke to ***** with endurance warranty account manager. I explained to her that I found two things wrong with contract. One they put the mileage wrong, second they didnt put the turbo. She talked to her boss and explained to me even though mileage and turbo was put on contract wrong bring the car in. I purchased a extended warranty on my vehicle 2018 ram 2500 6.7 truck . 1st time was ballpoint wheel bearing didn't cover. 2was tranmission oil pan wasn't covered. 3 oil pan on engine leaking not covered. 4 shocks not covered. 5 nox Senser not covered . I have the best policy Endurance sells and the contact they sent me that says all this is covered. I pay for a policy that doesn't cover anything when I call I get the run around and wind up paying out of pocket 7 or 8000 dollars anyways Endurance is a joke. All they want is ... read more

My car was totaled, I informed Endurance, they still went ahead and took monthly payment out of my account even though I didnt have the car, I asked them to return the payment, and even though payment should not have been taken out, for some reason even with technology as advanced as it is they make their customers wait forever, still havent received my refund o

They sent me a letter saying there will be a price increase in my extended vehicle service plan. They even had my VIN, making me think they actually held my warranty contract. They did not. The car manufacturer does and the price I paid cannot increase. This was a scam and high pressure sales deal to trick people into buying a warranty they do not want or need. Suspicious business practices from Endurance.

Terrible!!!! They look for ways to get out of doing what they are paid to do. They lie to you just to get your money. Everything about this company is wrong and no better then scammers.

If it were possible, I wouldn't give Endurance any stars because their customer ********************** is HORRIBLE! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their mailing list, but they keep sending me their advertisements. They continue to say I have been removed from their mailing list, but they're nothing but LIARS!
