I havent had to use my warranty so I cannot rate those services. I did get through to someone quickly and had my questions answered. I was also told an email would be sent to me. (***** hrs from date of call)

I have not had anything that needed repair that was covered.They will not cancel once you agree to using them.

When I tell you please never go to this company it is exactly what I mean this company was complete and total scam I went and purchases warranty because I knew of up-and-coming issues on this car and then when I was to report an issue on the car they sound every and each and every reason not to do the claim then after I explained to them that I was not satisfied they cancelled my policy and then told me that my refund will be prorated so they can take more money out of my refund

I am a new customer with home printer issues. Was told I could have a hard copy of contract mailed to me. That is not the case. Agent was nice I talked to and sent me to a phone app but concerned was else I was told may not be true

This company is horrible do not pick ENDURANCE as a service warranty for your vehicle its a big scam they will rip you off I spent over $3000 on a service contract and yet I cannot have a representative to give me a straight answer Ive been on the phone for over six hours back-and-forth with different people and each one gives me different answers

Worst company ever. Scam. Kept my vehicle over a week. Refused to pay because oil change invoice was hand written and not from computer. Cost me 1,000's of dollars.

After figuring out the Annual cost I have called 3 times to cancel my policy and when I get to the correct person they state they can't hear me but all the others do. I feel they don't want people to cancel there policys.

I purchased a vehicle warranty from Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.. I paid $2400.00 of the $4700.00 at the beginning of contract. I waited my 30 day **** mile waiting period. Five days after my waiting period I had some issues with my truck, now the truck had ****** mile when i bought warranty so it was a high mileage vehicle. My claim was denied because I was only five days outside of my waiting period. So i called to cancel warranty the same day, so I was five days outside of cancellation deadline.
