Had a difficult time cancelling service.Do not need service, cost too much.
This company is horrible do not pick ENDURANCE as a service warranty for your vehicle its a big scam they will rip you off I spent over $3000 on a service contract and yet I cannot have a representative to give me a straight answer Ive been on the phone for over six hours back-and-forth with different people and each one gives me different answers
Worst company ever. Scam. Kept my vehicle over a week. Refused to pay because oil change invoice was hand written and not from computer. Cost me 1,000's of dollars.
After figuring out the Annual cost I have called 3 times to cancel my policy and when I get to the correct person they state they can't hear me but all the others do. I feel they don't want people to cancel there policys.
I purchased a vehicle warranty from Endurance Warranty Services, L.L.C.. I paid $2400.00 of the $4700.00 at the beginning of contract. I waited my 30 day **** mile waiting period. Five days after my waiting period I had some issues with my truck, now the truck had ****** mile when i bought warranty so it was a high mileage vehicle. I paid ~$3,000 for an extended warrantee and Endurance did not cover an $800 repair of the diesel exhaust system. Scam! Dont get ripped-off

I got a warranty from endurance 2 days in advanced paying half of the initial payment from them before I got the vehicle reassuring me that if for any reason I didnt get the vehicle my initial fee would be refunded 100% as long as I cancel within the 14 days. After I went to see the vehicle and nothing was done I called and cancel the warranty, 2 days later I saw I was only refunded 80% of my fee.
