DO NOT GET THIS EXTENDED WARRANTY PLAN WITH THIS COMPANY. YES, I HAVE HAD A WARRANTY FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS FROM THEM AND WAS LUCKY ON NOT HAVING ANYTHING GO WRONG. BUT NOW WHEN IT DID THE COMPANY WON'T PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. WHAT A CROCK OF **** I WILL BE CANCELLING MY POLICY!!!
I just want to say DO NOT get this company for you for a Extended Warranty they DO NOT LIVE IP TO THEIR STANDARDS....My car has been in the shop over a week and now they want to pay for something that is covered under my ADVANTAGE package I git from them which is the highest plan they have so Why are they asking me to pay ANYTHING when they NOTHING out of pocket just my $100 deductible.......THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF IT N NOT RELIABLE AT ALL I WISH I HAVE SIGNED UP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
Beware of this company, they called to say I needed to activate my insurance company and that if I didnt I would lose coverage. The letter they sent said my coverage price would increase if I did not call them. Do not trust them at all
Company took four payments of $1052.00 from me and argued with me on yesterday saying that only one payment was taken. I only had to pay one initial set up payment. My bank statements and a bank representative stated differently. I haven't seen anything like this before.
I wanted to protect my 2011 expedition with some extended coverage since my mileage was now over 100k, I checked around them out a $200 deposit on and Endurance policy along with $95 monthly payments scheduled to last for 3 years. I take my truck to a serviced and Endurance only covered a brake house all other repairs would be on me ?? Why bother with coverage then? Im canceling my policy.
I took the Insurance from this company for my vehicle and when i reviewed the policy i was not satisfied to continue with them and i was trying to cancel within the month. But no one responded to me and i sent an email to the agent who approached me to update vehicle information but she did not take my request to cancel. Later I just called my credit card company to dispute the charges and after a month customer ********************** called me for automatic payment and i said i do not want to continue and cancel ***********... read more
TOTAL SCAM!! LIE AND LIE!! YOU WILL PAY A MONTHLY **** TO ENDURANCE AND WHEN IT COMES TIME TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED THEY WILL NOT PAY YOUR MECHANIC DIRECT OR REIMBURSE YOU IN ANYWAY!!!
I had requested a quote for my 2008 Land Rover LR3 I was getting calls from them every couple hours and text messages also about getting the extended warranty. I finally got them to quit calling me every couple hours and there is one rep that keeps bugging me about the warranty her name is *** or at least thats what she goes by. I missed the last call From her so I called back and I was told they dont cover any land rovers. I asked for her managers name and she refused to give that to me or their phone number.
