My experience with this business was the worst. They send me false advertisement re: my vehicle and whe I called them to get clarification and tell them to stop sending me advertisements, they lied and were very rude. I don't recommend this business to anyone. Completely untrustworthy.
I requested a quote from Endurance for an extended warranty on my new car purchase. I got a call today and it was from *******-****. I immediately became suspicious because they are not located in the ********, ****** area. When I asked the representative how they have a local number for a business not in the area, he stated "that's above my paygrade." I purchased my extended warranty 8/7/20 Since that time I have never needed to use my warranty until 2weeks ago. My timing chain on my Cadillac SRX broke, with this type of engine when a timing chain breaks the pistons and valve get destroyed. I contacted Endurance to put a claim in. Nothing but grief! First they said my account was not up to date. Come to find out I was .56 cents behind. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The hassle and run around they provide to their customers. They spend more time placing you on hold that actually resolving the issue. I purchase warranty 07/12/21 and submitted a claim this month because my vehicle had a sudden issue. The rep explained to me there was a mileage discrepancy. I ask how and she then explained based on what they saw on Carfax. When checking Carfax it clearly says estimated miles. **MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASE **I purchased a 2008 audi within the year so I decided to purchase an extended warranty through Endurance. Nine months into the policy, a check engine light came on so I brought to a reputable audi dealership. Some of the repairs were within and outside of the motor. After going through some red tape, the warranty covered only the repairs within the motor as stated in the policy. This company tried to mislead me by telling me my warranty will no longer cover my vehicle and that if I dont pay the deposit imidently they will charge more for the maintenance of my vehicle. After listening to him I realized he was trying to sell me the exact warranty I already have with the dealership. If I could give 0 stars I would. Getting them to cover anything is next to impossible and will do anything they can to get out of it. Cancelling is a joke with them and they will give you the complete run around to make it harder. I've had to pay for everything to get fixed on my car because they didnt like the wording that the dealer used. Waste of a company who also isnt taking care of my type of vehicles anymore (GMC) which they refused to disclose but continued taking my money. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Sales department do not fully disclose early contract termination!!!!Do your home work when it comes to canceling your policy early. If you sell your vehicle to a private party you will not get a prorated refund back due to the requirements in the contract. Mainly requiring legal documents before your sell.( jumping through a lot of hoops) Endurance does this so they can keep your money!!!! WILL NEVER GET A CONTRACT FROM THEM AGIAN!!!
