I took my SUV in for brakes and rotors plus a steering issue and a check engine light. The check engine light was covered by GM (thank goodness), but Endurance will not cover the steering gear for my power steering. Was told it was "just a noise and not mechanical". So I guess I have to wait until my steering goes out and I either hit another car or a tree before they will fix it. I took my Yukon it to have it serviced. When I dropped it off i got a rental car because the issue was major. It was a broken motor mount and something causing oil to leak. I decided to get a rental knowing it would be a few days. The dealer called Enduro and let them know about the issues. They said they would send a person out to approve the work. I filed a claim and they paid nothing, telling me I should have read my policy better. My fuel pump was cracked and not working and they would not replace it, said the seals were out,.... Not true, you must replace the seals when you replace the fuel pump. STILL WAITING ON REFUND.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ***********.******************* 08/31/21

I referred my edlery mother to endurance after I purchased my warranty. I have not submitted a claim yet but my mother has. This has been a nightmare no inspector has arrived yet her car has been at the shop since Saturday. It is Wednesday my mom has 6 ****** kids now with no transportation. I spoke so highly of endurance because I thought this was a reptical company. It's to the point where we both want to cancel we pay for a warranty that is not doing right by the claims that are submitted.

Do not waste your money or your time. This business is built on false pretenses and on top of that, we as customers, are suppose to react to the personal problems of the employees, yet we pay for services that are not rendered, treated poorly, talked to rudely, and brushed aside with no care or concern. I regret I ever bought into this.

I purchased an extended warranty with Endurance on my 2017 Buick on 8/17/2021. After talking with my spouse we decided to cancel the contract on 8/23/2012. The ************ is stated as 30 days to receive a full refund on my deposit. So I was well within the time frame for cancellation. My Customer ********************** person must have been having a bad day because although he agreed to cancel my contract, not before trying to discover my reason for cancelling. This was one of the worst sales experiences that Ive ever had. I purchased a warranty contract July 2021. The original salesman was very nice and was able to answer all of my questions. He told me that I could sign up for the warranty and could get a refund if I was not happy with my purchase within 30 days. I received my packet in the mail. I read through it and decided, I did not want to keep it. I called back to cancel. I was put on hold and transferred several times. Dont waste your money with Endurance; they advertise that they will pay to replace this part( water pump, starter, etc. ) but in reality they refuse claims. Called for refund and the person was rude and snappy and yes I got snappy back with her.
