Read the Contract! I'm glad I did and cancelled as soon as I did. If you are wanting a warranty for an older vehicle, the contract states that they will only pay out the total amount of the trade in value of the car at the time of the service. The cost of the contract may be more than their valuation and they will refuse to repair it. Also, they state that if you cancel within 30 days of signing up, you get 100% of the deposit back. I generally refrain from negative reviews unless truly warranted. In this case, I had THREE separate conversations with Endurance. First one, I called and they were actually very good on the phone. Second call, they called me back and said they may have additional discounts that can be applied, but first need the *** #. I told them they called me out of the blue and I wasn't able to get that to them right now. They took no more than 5 seconds with, ' Ok, I understand. Call us back when you're ready'. I am upset after doing what I thought to be a good research of this company ie; checking with BBB, contacting the company via phone and spoke with an agent. Explained my concerns with companies of this nature but was assured that with company I would never have to worry because they stood 100% behind their contracts and would every thing meet the needs of their customers. I have been an Automotive mechanic for 29 years, These warranty companies almost always find a way out. I have a customer that is being rejected because I hand write Receipts. so the small shop guy can not work on vehicles even being an ASE master tech. these Warranty's are an absolute joke don't Fall for them its a way for them to get more cash at the end of a car deal.

I signed a five year supreme coverage warranty with Endurance. I have multiple problems with my car mostly covered by Endurance. It cost me $3,500.00 for this policy. Today I was told by my dealership that Endurance refused to pay for repairs covered by my policy because of past payments by the company exceeding an allowable amount of repairs. I'll start with the good. The road side assistance was handled well when I needed it. Unfortunately that doesn't add any stars because I paid for 5 years of warranty and 4 uses of roadside assistance (almost exclusively keys locked in car) adds up to about 700 per time I needed my car unlocked. My repairs were never covered (which is frustrating but if it's not covered it's not covered). But my main complaint with this is that this last time around my head gasket warped after my radiator hose fell off on the freeway. Previou... read more

I keep getting a letter in the mail from Endurance Warranty Services. I called them once to stop the mailings but that is not working. This time I feel they are using a scare tactic by saying there is a price increase to their Extended Vehicle Service Plans eff. July 15th, 2021. I bought my car used in 2015. I was not aware of Endurance until they started sending me these annoying letters. I don't know how to stop it.
