Trying to scam an 80 year old woman. Awful people
A company wanting to keep more money in their coffers instead of paying for their customer repair services. Under my contract agreement the flywheel is covered however the repair shop used the word "worn" and now Endurance stating we do not repair worn parts. *** I'm paying you for ****? I did research and it appeared they would be a good choice for auto extended warranty on my 2016 Chey Trax. I signed up with them and they took $198.25 for the endurance auto warranty and $20 for the ************* on April 30. It went down hill from there. The ***** package was to give additional perks for the purchase one which was to be $250 Vehicle Rewards which I had been told could be used just like a gift card and I could shop at ******* and put the code in to use. My husband who had died 5 years ago received a letter at our old address stating there was a price increase for their extended VEHICLE Service Plan for my Vehicle which, btw, I purchased after he had died. I try to notify businesses that ** is deceased and request that his name be taken off any communication list. I called the number on this letter and got the most aggressive, persistent, lying and threatening agent I have ever encountered, He wanted info I didn't want to share. For The Record, on 07/17/2020, I purchased a secure plus Vehicle service Contract from Endurance for $3,763.86 with a down payment of $188.19 and a monthly payment of 99.32 until the balance was paid off. I was told by sales agent *** ****** that in the case of a breakdown that I will be covered in My Vehicle Contract and Unfortunately that was not True. Claim # eadv16046309 So my claim was denied i have a transmission malfunction with my bmw x5 im being told i have to have my transmission broken down which is gonna cost me more money i dont have! I paid for my policy with endurance upfront for the year! The claims inspector from endurance said my tires dont match my truck which has nothing to do with the transmission i bought this car from the dealer and these are the tires that came with the car! I have had extended car warranties with Endurance since maybe 2013. I now have two, one for a 2013 *** 335XI and one for a 2017 Cadillac XT5. I recently had to put the *** in a very reputable shop for repairs. The labor costs at this shop exceeded what Endurance was willing to pay. Instead of $120.00 an hour, this shop, again, very reputable, was charging $180.00 an hour. Endurance has now contracted with a company named *********. Endurance Warranty called me several times to tell me that my extended warranty for my ***** ****** had expired and that additional coverage had to be bought through them. The caller made it clear that the purchase of any policy as an add-on would have to completed on that phone call or otherwise I was on my own. I paid for the 30 day/1,000 mile wait time. After 4 months, my transmission went out. Had the repair shop call to start the warranty process. They said ** still In the wait period. I called and they confirmed ** covered. Had the repair shop call back and they said ** still in the wait period. After this back and forth for 4 days, they finally denied my claim based on their own diagnostic which was completely untrue and different than what the shop had reported to them.
