This company made a phishing call to my elderly parent. They gave her a hard sell, used aggressive sales tactics and had enough information on her vehicle to convince her she needed a warranty of $4,500. A credit card number was given over the phone, and from this they created a "warranty agreement", and no emails were received - only monthly charges auto-pay. No Star! But inorder to leave a review I had to pick one. Please do not use this company. They are a scam. I have paid into this warranty and when it's time for them to pay for a repair they denied the claims. This is a scam. My air condition compressor went out on my car. The adjuster denied my claim for a coil inside the air compressor which is apart of the air compressor clutch. WHICH IS COVERED IN MY POLICY. On May 11, 2021, I purchased a 60 month or ****** miles Endurance Advantage Prime coverage contract for my Chrysler 300. There was a 30 day and **** mile waiting period requirement and car inspection, all which were met.On June 17, 2021, and 30 miles over **** mile ****, there was an issue with the third cylinder resulting in a blown engine. I have received several mailers from Endurance, all offering warranty coverage for a car I haven't owned since 2018. I have called in 3 times to have my name and address removed, and all associates I have spoken with were extremely rude, but said they would remove me. The latest told me flat out that was no mailer list or database, and after hounding on my part, agreed to removed me from the non-existent list and gave me a confirmation number. We'll see if I get another mailer next month...
My elderly grandmother has gotten multiple postcards from this business saying that she needed to renew her extended warranty on her 2011 ************ She does not and has never owned a ************ Once upon a time my father owned a *********** and lived at the same address, but it was never my grandmother's vehicle. After buying two car warranties with ********************** and dealing with them over the last 13 months we have come to the reality that this is a complete waste of time. Virtually everything that we needed from two different policies was always seen as uncovered. We had a car that could not get coverage for a battery and that was understood. Canceling my policy and it took over 2 hours to do so. I was transferred to several different departments before I spoke with someone who could help me. When I finally did speak to someone, I had to repeatedly tell the representative that all I wanted to do was cancel my policy.
Just received a letter from Endurance. They have my old last name printed which was a dead giveaway. *** had my new last name for a few years now and nothing has my old last name anymore. Someone mustve used my old info. Life is too hard at it is to be scammed. Hope they fall on their faces hard
A customer service representative called me from the company very rude and aggresive never stating his name from Endurance warranty. Stated that he needed $530 deposit but due to covid prom it would be $235 and $170 per month. Once I told him I was not ready today he got louder and asked why and I explained my reasons. He in return stated that although customer service is horrible they're still #1 so it doesn't matter and ended the call. He talked over me the entire time so I'm not sure if it was fraudulent or Endurance. "
