They towed my car to the shop under my contract as requested, then found every excuse In the book to not pay a claim for my alternator. Now that I want my money back on my contract they are telling me that I cant get my full refund.

On August 13, 2020 I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle from Endurance MEPCO. The warranty is for 50,000 miles or 36 months of coverage. At the time of the purchase in August 2020 I was asked to submit the mileage for my car via email. I was told this past Thursday May 20, 2021 almost a year later that I incorrectly submitted the mileage of my vehicle back in August 2020 only after the service provider had submitted a claim to Endurance warranty MEPCO for approval of the replacement of my air conditioner compresso... read more

Failure to uphold contract. I purchased the ************** contract January 2021. In March, I took my car in for what I thought was a small oil leak. I followed Endurance procedures and received approval before taking car to repair facility. Then chaos began. At first Endurance was compliant and responsive until they heard hole in engine. First and foremost, I have rental car coverage when car is in shop and the max allowed per incident is $150 which is fine however when dealerships doing work called to inform them of problem endurance wanted to send an inspector to validate the issue which again is fine however inspector has not gone yet and its been three business days and 5 ******** days which means Im out of rental coverage and it really is not fair that they take their time to get inspector out to see car and now I have to pay out of pocket for rental ca... read more

My mother-in-law was an active and independent women still driving her car at 93 years old. In February, 2021, she bought out her leased 2016 Honda HR-V.From time to time she would show me very official looking letters with her car information informing her that she needed warranty protection. I told her to ignore them as the car had less that 8000 miles. She told me at on point that a woman kept calling her. This company is just a scam don't waste your time or money they won't cover anything they advertise my car was at the dealer service for two weeks they never answer the phone they deny all claims call them to cancel my contract and they milk you some more by even after not providing any cover or rending any services they refuse to return my money stay away! stay away! deal with them at your own risk honestly is not worth it. "

Several months after signing up and never having filed a claim we received a letter saying or rates were being increased and we has 3 days to agree or be canceleed.Upon calling the provided # was told that this increase only applies if there was an undisclosed vehicle and that the increase did not apply to my coverage.I am sure other people have paid this price increase out of fear.No place in the letter was there a mention of an undisclosed vehicleThis was a scare tactic letter.

False information given to have customers signup for extended warranty and then deny all claims when submitted, caiming "regular wear and tear".

****** beware, this company is a *** off. I had a water pump that failed on my vehicle, which is a covered item according to my contract. Yet they still refused to pay for the repairs. I my case the water pump started leaking which may have caused it to fail, so they used that as their excuse to not pay. This is just one example of how they will try to wiggle out of their obligations as per the contract. ****** read reviews from other customers before dealing with them, and again beware because they are not worth the hassle.... read more
