I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra. The transmission failed at 40,000 miles. They are a known problem and junk. It is costing me $4,000.00 to replace. So, I figure if I am going to keep this car, I might want an extended warrenty on it so I do not have to pay this when it fails again at 80,000 miles. Smart, right. That's what I assume these are good for. ****** *.I just read some of reviews and we too had the same general problems with mileage. Our car broke down when we were out of town and when we tried to make a claim they denied it, twice. We are a retired couple and I happen to be disabled, but it didn't matter to them. The first denial was because we had over 12,000 miles on the car which is against there policy, for a retired couple right. Dont waste your time. Spend hours on the phone trying to get anywhere, they deny claims but cant explain simple differences in what is and isnt covered. When they do cover something they are paying for the cheapest, bottle-of-the-barrel non-OEM equivalent parts.Trying to cancel this awful warranty now, wish I would have never wasted a ***** or a second with Endurance warranty. Avoid at all cost!
Fraudulent Company who doesn't like to pay up on claims. If you ever have something that needs to be fixed which is more than the value of your car you will only receive that value. The sales people feed you alot of lies beware"
Purchased contract in October 2020. Took car in for repairs and was denied coverage stating it didnt have enough miles driven to cover the issue. We paid over $100 each month for the best contract and they are denying coverage
I was hesitant about getting a warranty from endurance but the salesman, **** *****, is really good at his job. Then I tried to use the warranty. Endurance is horrible, they come up with excuses for why they won't cover the covered part. My ** joint was bad, endurance said it was caused by a torn ** boot. The ** joint is covered but not the boot. It's all one assembly, you can't buy a ** joint without the boot. But they make sure to make a distinction so they don't have to cover the part. Very rude! I got talked to very badly by a guy because I wanted to cancel my membership. They dont like to give customers their money back. But, they like to take customers money fast. *** **** FOREST GUMP!
Do NOT use this Company!!!They will find any & every reason NOT to uphold their end of their contract!We bought our policy in 2018. NEVER used it until we made an inquiry in April of 2021 when we discovered an oil leak. Come to find out, the whole engine needed to be rebuilt or replaced. Endurances immediate response was, ******** error - NO!We didnt have the strength or energy to fight with these crooks (although we should have, after reading other reviews).
