We just received a call from this company. The price wasn't bad, how ever when my husband informed the salesperson that we were just checking prices right now, he became very pushy and my husband finally had to hang up. I doubt we will purchase anything from this company. This was not a good first impression. He needed to respect our right to research prices and respond in a positive and respectful manner, instead of pushing for a sale. I'll give them 1 star for decent price, but zero stars for the sales person"
I wont give them 1 star if I could give them zero I would. I signed up endurance in beginning ofmarch, I was told what parts are covered. My car broke down in end of April. I was told tranmission would be covered. Now they are saying the car is pending to get fix because they want me authorize $1300 tear down on transmission. If they find out if not wear and tear on the clutch is the only way they will pay for the $3600 tranmission. This company is a scam, beware everyone. They said they will provide coverage and as soon as you have a claim, they use false information to deny the claim. No wonder they are rated as a C+ on BBB, no surprises there. Do not waste your money here. I have reached out to my credit card company to fight back and get my money back. 0 stars if I could.
I am sick and tired of receiving mail from this company. I have spoken to several people over the last two years to remove me from their listing: 1)because I no longer have the vehicle they are advertising and 2)just because I'm never going to use the service.I was assured on the last two calls, February 4th and March 10th, that I was going to be permanently removed from the listing. I received a very deceptively worded letter from Endurance. It gave the appearance that my warranty through ****** was going to cost me additional funding. I called them and asked why would they send me a letter insinuating that my contract with them would cost me more money. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. Then said I was being hostile and asked me if I spoke to my wife like that. I hung up and called ******. Same complaint as others. ****** blew, company wants me to pay 1500$ for a tear down, that based on others experience would be throwing good money after bad. They work to find reason not to cover. Probably count on folks like me to refuse to pay teardown costs. Did not cover one repair that was necessary even before the ************ blew. Rear window defogger, seat controls, differential repair... Nothing covered. This is a **** WASTE OF MONEY. Will now join class action suit. These ppl are scammers and thieves.
Impossible to contact the claims ********************, on hols for hours! If you can't get their pre approval for a repair because they put you on hold, how are you supposed *** use the warranty? "
I do not normally write reviews, but this time I feel like I have to. I bought extended warranty for 2 of my vehicles back in October 2020. In early March of 2021, one of the vehicles with extended warranty broke down. I had to get it towed to a dealership because it would not accelerate. It turned out that it was the transmission. I have taken out a lead membership policy with this company in September 2020. I have been a paying ************** policy holder since then. I have encountered hazardous road condition and gotten a flat tire in September 2020. On that day, *** called my car insurance ***** to have it towed to the nearest location. ***** was *** ******. They patched up the tire. 3 months later, I went to a dealership to change my oil and air filter (which I was told and the policy states), was covered by the policy.
