I wanted written and verbal solicitations stopped. Called Endurance, of course, whoever answered didnt identify themselves. I ask for solicitations to stop; instead I was given a sales pitch harangue. Very disgusting.
Absolute rip-off. Bought their warranty for my used truck in Sep 2019. Had the flywheel break which is clearly covered under my "Secure Plus" contract. They spent 2 weeks asking for maintenance records, (Which I had), the **** of sale and even repair orders that we're accomplished a month BEFORE i bought the truck. In the end they denied my $3700 repair because the tires, which came with the truck were a whopping 4% larger that what was written on the data plate. For my $3512 policy to Endurance they promised to cover specific repairs on the vehicle until 2/25/24. Last month the ************ began to act up, the dealership verified the failure and contacted Endurance. Endurance denied the claim for the transmission repair, although the contract CLEARLY states, in section VI 1 E, that the transmission is covered. Horrible company that does not honor its contract . Glad I was only 3 months in before they tried to **** . With all these complaints I wonder how they are still in business. They need to be sued . Class action suit
These people call EVERYDAY...told them that i no longer have the car that they want me to get a warranty for.still calls EVERYDAY...isn't that harassment. "
I do not have an Extended Vehicle Service Plan with this company, yet they have sent me two notifications. Today I have received a notification that there is a price increase on their extended vehicle service plan, and they will not be able to honor the service contract on my vehicle. My truck has been in the shop for a month. The dealership stated they needed to replace the transmission, the transmission cooler and the fuel pump (which was covered by the policy). There were some other problems that were not covered. After the dealership notified Endurance as to what was needed, Endurance had to send an inspector to verify the dealership was accurate. Endurance Warranty Services are a ripoff. When I went online to see which company was the best, I went to consumer affairs, which was the first mistake I made, and they recommended endurance. I called and talked to them and they really sounded good. The car was a 2010 Cadillac and the first time I used the service was to fix the ac. I had no problem with the car getting repaired.
