If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Aside from Apple, Endurance is the WORST company to deal with as it relates to customer service that I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I have worked many customer service related jobs in my decade of work history and I am appalled at the level of customer service that Endurance provides. Agent didn't know if Repair I wanted to get repaired would be covered with my policy. During COVID-19 I expect delay, but several weeks and no reply.

Not trust worthy, They say one thing but do another. I was told on a recorded line, that my account will'nt be charged until 5 days later ??. They charged it on the same day, 5 seconds later. I was told that my card was going to be refunded and it never did ??. Company needs better training techniques. It's took 7 transfer calls ?? to get the help I needed, the issue still haven't been resolved

Sent a request email for a quote on their various warranty plans, never wanting to be called - a response email would have been fine. Get an intrusive call from a representative on Sunday. The rep began asking me questions about my vehicle and driving style, and then proceeded to offer the plan cost and terms. When I responded with, "That seems very expensive..." the rep hung up on me. Here he is intruding on my weekend, then when he doesn't get the answer he wants (a sale), he rudely hangs up on me.

If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy this warranty program. My car start shaking last week so I took it to the dealership to be serviced. They told me that it was my engine and transmission mounts and that they needed to be replaced. So I looked at my contract to see if they was covered under the my warranty that I had been paying for since May. It showed that it was covered. If I could make my number of stars a ZERO I would. I just tried to make a claim on my vehicle because my Engine Oil Cooler went out causing a full blown oil leak. I was smart enough to shut off my vehicle immediately. The repairs are going to cost me approximately 700 plus. I thought I was protected by this policy that I fully paid $2600 for. I and my accredited mechanic were both on hold for 30 plus minutes each. To find out that this component is NOT covered!! This is complete B.S.! Technically I have already paid for it. ... read more

I had a problem in my my automatic payment for the. Last 2-months paying my bill on time when it is. due. This is not good service for me & Endurance needs to improve this to give me better service.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS..IT'S A RIP OFF .FALSE ADVERTISING...I WAS WITH THEM 2YRS..AS SOON AS I FILE A CLAIM...EVERYTHING CHANGE..THE RUN AROUND..FALSE STATEMENTS...INTEMPERATE...I EAS FORCE TO CANCEL...NO REFUNDS ARE NOTHING..WANT ANSWER PHONE..CALL BACK LATER..NO RESPOND..THIS COMPANY IS ..SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS PLUS HAVE MEPCO..COLLECT MONEY IAM SOO UP SET..THIS SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL...

The representatives were courteous and helpful and the deal they offered me seemed reasonable. That being said, I have an older vehicle and one thing Endurance didn’t tell me until the last minute was that they would only cover repairs up to the current value of my car. My car is only worth a maximum of 1400 dollars according to ***** **** ****. That is really not a good deal for me.
