Horrible waste money. Paid $153 in full faithfully for 10 months then when I went to make claim, they wouldn’t cover the $189, even though I had full Elite Membership. Then miscommunicated with the Honda dealer about the claim, so I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get them to cover claim that I thought they were covering but they refused to approve because the payment made by my bank was delayed by the holiday. My wife was out of town when the truck broke. She called endurance and they paid for the tow truck to get her to a shop. It was taken to a smaller shop that could get the truck fixed and not have to wait for a week to get into the dealer. The shop owner said he didn't want to deal with trying to get paid. Endurance said fine and just keep the receipts and they'd reimburse me. The warranty and its coverage appears to be the best out there. However, I changed my mind about getting it as I decided to trade in my car for a new car. Ever since I called to cancel I have been spammed many times by phone. The phone normally rings 2 or 3 times a day. Before Endurance, I rarely received a Spam call.
LIAR, LIAR, LIAR Worst company experience, after paying for 4 months my Transmission failed, I took it to the dealer, they sent a adjuster to confirm, the adjuster seen a "Lyft" sticker on the back window and denied the claim, never called me to ask me anything, just assumed I drove for Lyft, they made me get a letter from Lyft showing that I was not driving for them ( I did 1 trip last year and made $7 and realized it was not worth my time) I got the proof to them after 30 calls I was able to get them to reopen the claim on... read more
I thought I had a contract with Endurance, at least that's what is in my glove box. 6 months after paying $2600 for the Supreme level warranty on a 2020 Jeep Gladiator, they call and more information on the factory installed MOPAR lift, wheels and tires. All of this information was given to Endurance at the time of the original warranty sale. Now they want to downgrade my coverage to Advantage and charge me more. I cancelled and got a refund. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PROMISES! I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated after making a claim that they declined. Can you imagine making a claim and the company that is supposed to cover the claim find all kinds of excuses not to cover a $1299 claim. I am furious and I will be giving a full explanation of the situation in the coming days. I am just to upset right now to explain. They get ZERO STARS!??????
THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! I purchased contract, covering engine, transmission, brakes...even to lost keys... I took my car in for check engine light, the dealership found some issues...they covered NOTHING!!! Although Engine Oil Separator is part of Engine...NOT COVERED, Camp Plugs...NOT COVERED, ETC...NOT COVERED! Spoke to Andrew, Customer Service, none of the issues covered!!! SCAM sales company!!!
This is a scam! Shame on this company! Received a letter from Endurance stating there will be a price increase on my extended warranty. I called the company that I have an extended warranty with and was told this isn’t true. Found out that Endurance is sending these letters trying to get consumers to buy something they all ready have! Don’t get sucked into this scam!
READ BEFORE YOU BUY AND BEWARE My VALID claim was not paid for no reason even though THEIR OWN INSPECTOR verified it was a valid claim, after various attempts and my car in the shop for almost a month, a supervisor told me over the phone that no matter what I did or how many times I call they were not going to pay it.
