I purchased the best endurance warranty for my car. everything was fine. The 30 days and 1000 miles passed by. 2 weeks after the grace period, my car wouldn't go into drive or any gear. Ended up being the transmission. The first inspection it took endurance 4 days to send someone to my mechanic. The inspector wanted the transmission took apart. I received a letter from this company that stated that my warranty with them was going to expire and wanted to give me the opportunity to renew at a stated price, which was for a vehicle we did not own. They could not guarantee the same low rate later. I called and spoke with a man and told him the vehicle listed did not belong to us. Endurance is a total RIP off company. I signed up with the quoted price but contract states $4100. I sent email to cancel policy on Saturday since there office is closed. Calling on Monday and have been transferred three times. Man on phone was rather belligerent and has placed me on hold. Still on hold. Please do not use this company. They took a week to approve my claim only after forcing me to take it to a different repair shop because they didn't like the price. Yet i was stuck for the diagnostic fee and the week long rental. Which they claim they cover. It's been a month and they still haven't fixed my heating problem. They even sourced the part themselves and it was wrong.. If you are thinking car warranty. go with anyone else. I am seeking a lawyer for damages against this company.
I currently have a warranty with them. First they sold my contact to a different company. Every time each claim will take over 10 business days on top of that these people don't want to PAY! They want to send you used parts or re manufactured which is not recommended in an service manual. Now I have a 2013 Mercedes CLS 550 with a turbo failure and they want to send me used turbos! As a fully disabled veteran, I am absolutely appalled at what these people are willing to do to Americans. It's truly shameful that these people operate the way that they do. I have incredible service records going back 3 YEARS, and I turned those in with my claim. Endurance is going to do everything humanly possible to not honor the claim. After I turned in said documents then (and note this is after I took the records in) they are going to threaten you with an "engine teardown" which basically amounts to a $2000 crapshoot.... read more
I contacted Endurance in early January, 2021, to inquire about the cost and coverage of one of their policies. After many conversations with multiple representatives at Endurance, I began to understand that they were trying to sell me a policy that would have me pay hundreds of dollars more into it than they would be willing to pay out to me should I need to use the warranty. I had this warranty and it is terrible. I bought the best warranty that this company offered. I had a small a c problem the weekend in vegas with 2 children in the car and it was 110 degrees outside and 140 degrees in the car. I called and it went to recording to call back during business hours Monday through Friday. I couldn't have my kids in a car whose Temps. I bought the part and fixed the a c for 68.00. No labor. First off when I purchased the warranty, I was informed that I could use my coverage a month after the purchase date. I was fine with that and paid my $200 deposit. So I called a week before my coverage start date just to be sure that the information that I was given was accurate, not onlt did they lie about when I could start my coverage but their customer service was HORRIBLE!
