Needed to have something in writing stating why our warranty claim would not be covered so we could get it covered by the dealership and they said it was policy to not give anything in writing. They said they could tell us over the phone why they would not cover it but could not put it in writing. Dave was very rude.

This is a rip off . If your wording don't match with there's then your out of luck. Even though your issue is In the section it has to be the exact words even though it's covered . The garage did the work before calling these people you would think they would give a break they won't. Please read your entire contract.
DO NOT BUY!!!! This is a scam and a half of $1000. Sure, they'll cover what they feel like covering, but the fact they advertise you'll pay $100 when your car goes into the shop and then you send it somewhere they claim your warranty covers, and then the shop calls you and says that your warranty company is only covering X amount and you get slapped with a $400 bill. This company and their customer service representatives are a total joke! The first guy I spoke to hung up on me when I told him I was just looking to get a quote and didn't want to commit to anything yet. I called back and spoke to another person to try and get a quote. After giving me the quote, he tried to convince me to buy now by using pressure tactics. I told him that I was just in the process of getting a quote from various companies. This company is horrible. When you first sign up they make you think they are there to help you. My car went in the shop for repairs. They informed me of the cost of they repairs. I let them know that I had Endurance. They called they company and they said they would handle the cost of repairs which was 2400 dollars, but an inspector had to come come. The inspector came out to look at the car. The repair shop called them 24 hours later to find out what was going on and then they told him that Endurance would not cover the co... read more

Oh. My. God. I would never ever EVER buy from these people. My husband has been getting the hard sell for days. Today I had the misfortune of answering the salesman's call. He was classically rude and condescending. He continually talked over me, belittled all my reasons for not committing to buy, badmouthed competitors' products, scolded me I was making a mistake... and on and on and on. I have had nothing but BAD service. My auto body shop has been getting the run around, and really having a hard time to get a claim filed. He has given everything they asked for and they still is giving him a hard time. So now they refuse to deal with Endurance and that leaves me in a bind. I have paid a lot of money for this policy and now you won't honor it. I am very disappointed and upset. I will never use Endurance again and I will spread the word what a horrible company this is.
