I receive letters 1-2 times per month and phone calls as often and more. The letters are annoying, misleading, untruthful, sometimes threatening and borderline intrusive. The phone calls are the same and worse at times. The callers will hang up on me 9 times out of 10 when I ask them to take me off of their calling list. Both the letters and callers refer to vehicles I no longer have as well as current vehicle that is still well covered by the appropriate coverage. My Check engine light came on less than a mile from my house, so I did what any reasonable and responsible person would do, and I drove home (as nothing obvious was wrong), the next morning I called the shop, and took the car in, also less than a mile from my house.. The shop did several diagnostic tests on the vehicle, and recommended replacing the engine was the cheapest and fastest solution. False advertising. They do not protect their customers from the repair companies they use. They do not explain the details of the warranty that you purchase, I purchased a warranty through and they were no support when the company denied my claim. I had my vehicle at once place, was told to move it by the warranty company to another shop for then to deny the claim after I paid the first repair shop $5800. i purchased Endurance a few months ago, had no problems with my vehicle i just wanted the extra coverage since i use my truck quite a bit. i would not recommend this business to anybody. the receptionist are rude, will not let you speak, will not communicate with a dealership i have had to do all of the communication to get anything done on my vehicle. i had brought my 2017 Chevy Silverado in a few months before purchasing the warranty to get my transmission fluid changed, they ran a 27 point inspection, and drove my truck a... read more

After receiving spam mail from the company I called to request to be put on their DNC list. After having a very rude interaction with their service rep, I hung up. Seconds later that same employee called me from what I would assume is their personal phone number to harass and threaten me.

Our contract states that it is normal for the steering fluid to leak (which is ridiculous in itself) so they wont replace the seals. The seal cant be replaced. The mechanic said the entire pump has to be replaced. The pump replacement is covered under the contract. But they still refuse to deny our claim and honor our contract. I received a letter from Rebecca ********* of Endurance with name wrong and a car I do not own any longer. Jan 6th, I called to request Endurance to remove me from their mailing list and THEN the sales pressure started. Unbeknownst to Scott I had to pick up my daughter who was being released from the hospital. Once I provided Scott with my Customer ID, he then saw I have another car and asked if I wanted coverage on the car listed. DO NOT GET THIS WARRANTY. Garbage and a waste of money. It is like running in circles with a hard no at the end. I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler and my engine failed due to a combustion leak that caused my head gasket to blow but because the mechanic who completely explained the reason and an "adjuster" confirmed to why my engine failed... mentioned the word "overheat" and "bolts" the company decided to deny my claim not even listening to the mechanic's full diagnosis (written and verbally explained) I feel completely ripped off... read more

Endurance Direct sold my 88-year-old mother a warranty on a 2-year-old leased vehicle with 3,000 miles. She was led to believe they were affiliated with the Ford company and led her to believe the warranty was a necessity. Upon me (her daughter) attempting to cancel the insurance, they refused to let me speak with the rep, even with my mother's permission.
