This company sends misleading and threatening advertising. It is preposterous that the BBB gives them an A+ rating, when the letter head falsely claims to be from the Department of Automobile Records, and the advertising implies that the customer is at fault for not responding to "multiple notices."

Had an Endurance warranty on my car. Initiated the process in March 2017. Paid $152.59 every month plus a sizable down payment for their premium coverage. Invested $1660. When my car required work due to a check engine light coming on, THEY COVERED NOTHING! The claimed the parts just wore out and that ONLY DEFECTIVE PARTS ARE COVERED!. Why buy an extended warranty then? My $1660 could have gone to cover the repairs that I needed. Canceled immediately once I found out I was paying for NOTHING! Bad experience with this warranty. I've been told by the dealer the repairs cannot be covered because the policy was too soon to replace my water pump which is COVERED! I called customer service the agent read off what dealer listed which the dealer addressed the water pump. Once I indicated I am calling regarding the water pump the warranty company begins to say, the water pump is covered HOWEVER if the leak is because of the gasket or (some other part) it's not covered. When bought the warranty I was told even tho my car had over 100k miles that it would be covered bumper to bumper just like a new cars warranty. However 4 months into I had a failed component inside my transmission the claim was denied. The used the Gradual reduction in performance clause in there contract saying the failure was due to the mileage and age of the part. Deceptive advertising received in mail from "Department of Automobile Records". Scare tactics are used. This kind of advertising can cause undue alarm in the elderly or mentally challenged. I feel is unethical. I would never do business with this company.

I am file this complaint because I was sold a extended car warranty that told to me by your customer service rep after mentioning the t warranties that would have fix my vehicle. My car started to burn oil more frequently as well as me add coolant more often. I took it to the deal to have it checked and paid out of pocket $165.21. I don't even own a car, however I just received a deceptive mail advertisement from EWS that looks like a threatening final notice to pay a bill. Of course it's not actually a bill, it's an advertisement (as it states in very small print). It looks like it's aim is to take advantage of people who can't tell the difference. There are prominent phone numbers to CALL IMMEDIATELY (and of course "Se Habla Español").

They constantly send me spammy things in the mail saying that my warranty is running out and that I need to renew but I do not have a warranty through this company. They also spam call me and refuse to add me to their do not call list.

I purchased the Select Premier 60 - 1000 warranty from Endurance Direct Automotive Warranties. I was told when I contacted the company after looking at the Better Business Bureau rating of these aftermarket warranty companies and spoke with a customer representative agent that told me the best warranty I can get for my motor vehicle considering it's a year and mileage was the Premiere Select 60/1000.
