I have had a terrible experience with this company. They purposefully disconnect calls when you have a coverage issue. They are very rude. I could hear individuals in the background talking amongst themselves in a very unprofessional environment. The rep did not keep a professional attitude with me. His tone of voice was similar to a witty used car salesman that just sold you a lemon one week ago. I was angry about the situation, however, the customer service was at best **** poor. worst company to deal with, everything was alright when warranty was taken out but when I went to file a claim they kept loosing the paper work this went on for 3 months when finally called and stated I was filing a complaint they decided that they would send someone out to inspect the broken part. when the person showed up to inspect the part the person that was sent told the garage he was only there to take pictures of vehicle and had no interest in looking at any parts after person left called endurance about repairs and ... read more

@lendurance I feel ripped off by your company. I bought the top of the line insurance "xtra Supreme" plan i was sold by Martin. He told me my car was covered bumper to bumper. Any problems call you guys I took my car to ***** and you guys deny my claim and now I forced to pay $2500 out of pocket for the repairs. You guys classic example of false advertising hurt

I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM eNDURANCE AND NEVER RECEIVED ALL THE DETAILS OF ITEMS COVERED BUT BY THE PHONE I WAS ASSURED MY HARD TOP WAS COVERED. I HAVE SINCE MADE 3 CLAIMS ALL OF WHICH HAVE BEEN DENIED---THEY ALSO DO NOT DEAL WITH THE CLAIN DIRECT--THEY PUT YOU OVER TO INTERSTATE WHO DENY THE CLAIMS--THERE CUSTOMER SERVISE IS TERRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. This company has a habit of telling customers all the wonderful things they cover, but when you get their information packet most of what they say they cover is listed under not covered by the policy.

This by far has to be the worst customer service! My husband decided to go with this company and he received a notice in the mail stating his warranty was up and to call if he would like to renew it. Being that he works and I stay at home with the kids I thought I would handle it for him but of course I wanted to know a little more about the company for myself. Once yiu buy your policy dont expect anything different then the feeling when you didnt have the warranty. They will take your money for the warranty but when you go to use it they will dig and dig to find a reason to deny your claim. Then say they cant cover your vehicle and return your money leaving you with a costly repair that you thought you were covered for. They are a scam. Steer clear.

I purchased an extended warranty from Endurance Warranty Service. This was for an Diesel pickup truck with over 100,000 miles on it. They sold me their best contract or so they said. I should have known something was wrong when I received nothing until my first payment was due. After over 6 months and over $900. Later my truck needed repair. Not many words to share except the fact that they were sweet as pie while I was signing up but when you try to cancel they become the rudest customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. They hassled me for 10 minutes before Scott finally put through my request to cancel. I had called back soon after to figure out whether or not I would be refunded my down payment, I spoke with Bridgette and she was also VERY rude. Ridiculously unprofessional company and I will never do business with them again.
