“Good price slow shipping stained products and terrible customer service” Like the product,shirts,great price and selection,but some came stained, washed them but they didnt come clean. E-mailed them but got no response so I called them.2 hours later they called back but not very apologetic. Wont recommend.

“If i could gove the a negative 100 i would” Very poor customer service. Very rude representatives. Did not get my complete order. Was on hold 4 a hour got hung up on. When finally got the rep he was so rude and distasteful.
“CLOTHING SIZES ARENT AS ADVERTISED” I ordered over $100 worth of stuff and all the hats fit as should. But the clothes didn't at all. Softball pants for my daughter WAY too small. Coaching shirt leave pull overs for me WAY too big, more like a dress. Not happy.
“Terrible Customer Service” had one of the worst customer service experience with a Manager named Rachel, I asked for a refund or credit on my order which was late, and I received a run around and given the option to just return the items whenever I receive them.
“Rude” Sales representative by the name of Sandy was extremely rude to me when I called to get tracking info on the order that I had placed. She basically hung up on me to end the call. If you want to be treated like a dog, Epic Sports is for you. It rubs you the wrong way when you're disrespected by the people whom you spend money with.
“2x was too big sent it back at my own expense” I wont deal with you any more I had to pay shipping both ways and restocking fee ridiculous I deal with Amazon
“Epic Customer Service Fail” Large order and advised that shipment scheduled to arrive on March 12. No shipment and spent hours on hold for a customer service rep. Never did get to speak with a rep. No tracking number no nothing from this company. I want my merchandise or a full refund. They do not respond to emails and clearly do not answer the phone.
“DO NOT BUY” The waist band was ridiculously small and the length was ridiculously long. No normal YXS is shaped like that!!!! I will definitely try to return these as fast as I can. I regret buying these and wouldnt recommend this site to anyone.
