“Poor attention to detail.” My order was Very late because your shipping dept. wrote an incorrect address on the label; 1500 instead of 212. The poor elderly lady who lives at 150 (there is no 1500 in the neighborhood) took the trouble of delivering it back to the UPS store, but then got it delivered to her AGAIN! She kindly let me pick it up from her once she had the foresight to call your customer service dept and they called me, but without a correct address or a name to go on.

“I WAS COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY MAD.” I WAS EXPECTING THE HELMET TO INCLUDE A FACE MAST. I HAVE PURCHASED APPROXIMATELY 175 COLLEGE FOOTBALL HELMETS OVER THE YEARS. I SPENT 25 YEARS AS A FOOTBALL OFFICIAL. ALL OF YOUR PICTURES SHOWED HELMETS WITH A FACEMAST. I EXPECT YOU TO FURNISH ME ONE TO FIT THE HELMET FREE OF AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THIS PURCHASE.

“Advertising is false on delivery time.” Shirt said decoration was 7 days or less. That was the reason I chose Epic Sports. I coach a school baseball team and needed extra jerseys for players and I bought it because the ad said 7 days or less. Turns out it will take 19 days. Totally disappointed in my experience.

“defective ball” I have a bad or defective ball never have used because it is defective. Need to return for a replacement.

“I only received half of my order.” I ordered two beach chairs and later I received an email saying one was back ordered. The money was taken out of my account for both chairs immediately. I contacted EpicSports and placed an order by phone for a different color. The new order was a higher price so the difference was taken out of my account immediately as well. I received only one chair on February 21, 2018. I emailed EpicSports and have not gotten a response to the email. I've called 3 times and was on hold for long periods... read more

“Horrible Experience” 14 of 15 pair of softball pants didnt fit correctly. We played switcharoo in order to get girls in the correct sizes. All the pants ran extremely small, while one parent went big and they were actually too big. All parents followed the guidelines of measurements, and none were accurate besides one. I called to see what could be done. All I get is sorry prices are so low that you will have to pay for 3 shipping amounts from $7-15 plus a restocking fee. “Poor service.” Placed and order on Feb 10, 2018. Ship date was Feb 15. 2018. Still no order. Called customer service, said items would be shipped in about 3 days. Still has not arrived. Today is February 26, 2018 order status is still "In Progress" New ship date 3/1/18. VERY POOR SERVICE!

“Poor customer service” I have made several purchases through Epic Sports and have been happy with the quality of the jersey's ordered. My most recent purchase was a set of jerseys that I needed a few weeks after placing the order so I selected the 3 day shipping option. The day before they were to be delivered I checked the status of my order and it hadn't been processed yet. “hacky sacks” you better look to buy from somebody else this is a total rip off. 3 of this little balls NOT different color like advertised and you can not tell them ,because the answer is "its sent directly from the maker and he decides what color you get" $18.-- incl. $6.--for shipping ! weight a bit more then a letter !!!
