“The pants are too big in the waist & too long.” These are the biggest youth XL I have ever seen. This brand runs HUGE, not small. I was unable to get customer service to find out how to return these. By the time I paid the shipping fee, I could have gotten the same pants from Amazon and been able to easily return them for a pair that would fit.
“Total disaster!” Paid extra for fast shipping so items would arrive FIVE days prior to my event. Items showed up THREE days AFTER my event. Now I have 7 jerseys that I can't use. They refuse to acknowledge their error or offer any reimbursement. Never again!! Shop elsewhere!
“Order not received as discribed” I ordered black shorts that are beyond sheer. I asked for a refund. I was told I cant get refund for shipping and I have to pay for return shipping. This place is a scam. Do not order here! Ill be disputing with my credit card company.
“Order placement” Have not received order yet... want to order some more items but I'm waiting for this shipment to come to make sure that were satisfied
“The worst” This business is unresponsive to their customers needs, and the shipping is EXTREMELY slow. I've emailed and called Epic on several occasions trying to cancel an order placed the day before and I can't get them to cancel the order or at least follow up with the status of my request. If you call their customer service number, good luck speaking to someone within a half hour, and more importantly someone that will resolve your issues. I will NEVER buy anything from Epic again. “Uniforms” Arrived a week late, even though I paid for overnight shipping. Bought them for one tournament, we did not have the uniforms for the tournament. Total waste of money. Should have been informed that uniforms would be delayed when I ordered. Will not shop at epic sports again
“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE” Items set to arrive a week late at best. Ordered a few week before needed and days after expected arrival date the items are still being processed.
“Restocking Fee For Something That Was Never Shipped?” I ordered some jerseys for my team. A week and a half after ordering, the jerseys had not been shipped out and had an ETA of almost 2 weeks later... So I called to cancel the order and EpicSports charged me 20% restocking fee. I will never do business with them again.
“Not satisified” Pants did not seem to be sized correctly as they did not fit and I own another pair of same pants. not satisfied with leaving a message to receive approval for return and never getting a return call. Upon 2nd attempt to get return approval was on hold for over an hour. Was not informed that there is restocking fee when I requested return.
