“Complete trash. Avoid at all cost.” Its been 10 days since I made my order and I even paid extra to expedite shipping. My order was supposed to arrive a few days ago and it hasnt even been processed. I tried calling customer service but they were useless in providing me any details on when or if my order was being proceed. I tried emailing them but I have yet to receive a reply back. I will never order from this place again.
“Terrible customer service” No, I have not gotten my order. I have called to try to talk to customer service about my order and have not gotten a response back.
“Returns” I asked for a return for fit. I was left waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. I was then sent a return slip, which simply delineated my order and also informed me I pay for return postage also and some unspecified restocking fee. The return slip also warned that, at their discretion, they could refuse the return and garbage the item. WOW. Not your standard friendly dealer. Buyer beware.
“Buyer Beware” Sure, prices are a little cheaper but its not worth the headache. Slow shipping, rude customer service that claims to do anything they can to satisfy their customers but ignores email complaints, is NOT worth it. I supposedly had Cody Patton, the customer service manager, or at least thats what it said on the email. “customer service problem” I received the closed items of some balls, but the surface of the ball are so bad and asked credit for other product (did not ask refund), but they never returned me.
“Nice Product. Company hard to contact for return authorization” I received the mdse. that I ordered, but wanted to exchange for size. Called twice to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) so that I could exchange for size and I can't get through. I left messages and have yet to receive a return call as they promised. There customer service for returns in totally inadequate.
“Customer Service horrible” Ordered many times for my 4 baseball teams.... Had some issues in the past, but have had these issues with other vendors too... On my most recent order, I purchased a small quantity of hats for new players (to match my large quantity purchased from them in the fall)... They shipped the wrong hats (Royal blue instead of Navy)... “They don't pay enough attention to details.” My order of two white shirts arrived with dark marks around the seam beneath the armpit area. I contacted the customer service and they asked me to wash it and see if those marks comes off. It was not ideal after I washed it. Hope they can pay attention to detail when they deliver the package.
“Terrible Experience” Ordered uniforms that the website said were in stock. Two days later they inform me that several items are on back order. So we switch to a different jersey that indicated in stock. Once again, on back order. Spoke to a manager that indicated the "In Stock" is as far as they know....yet they have no idea if the item is In Stock and they mean the manufacturer's "In Stock"....not Epic Sports.
