“Confusing selection” I received my order only to find the shirts that I received were not what I thought I had ordered. The description on website and pictures were misleading. There are no return policy instructions on webpage you have to actually call customer service which I have not been able to reach as of yet. In my opinion, a waste of my $80.
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!” Not only does this company have horrific customer service skills. They will NOT work with you in the case of them making any mistakes. Please do not order from this company. I am in the process of reporting them to the Business Bureau. I have 18 boys waiting on their jackets that they will most likely never receive at this point. Over a $700 order and not a care in the world from Epic Sports.
“AWUFL” Worst experience ever. Absolutely pitiful customer service. Zero communication. Excuse after excuse. Me, nor my entire sports club, will ever use them again.
“Management has poor communication skills!” I purchased over 2,000 dollars worth of merchandise on Tuesday January 16th under the standard shipping which noted that delivery would be on January 22nd. Apparently, my order required verification due to the dollar amount so after I verified the order I was informed that the order would be delayed a day and that if I wanted it on the initial delivery date I would have to pay extra for expedited delivery. “Poor customer service” Ordered online and this website is horrible. It would not allow for selection of ink color and defaulted to gray. Putting trust in this company, we allowed it and when we received our uniforms they were unusable. Tried to return to get ink fixed, but Cody in customer service was not helpful at all and down right rude. “You get what you pay for” This was my second time ordering from Epic Sports. The first order arrived 6 to 8 days late by the way. The second order consisted of 3 grey sweatshirts with lettering on the back - one small and two large. 2 or 3 days after the order I was informed that the the large grey ones are unavailable. I spoke to epic sports representative Jordan and we went with forest green colored sweatshirts instead of grey and he asked me what color the lettering should be - and we changed it to white. I bought a few Christmas gifts and I never recievd the product. So, I emailed them right after I got an e-mail notice that it was returned. They then proceed to explain that I would need to pay a re-ship fee (already paid to ship it once). I then said just return it and give my money back. She said ok. “Nickel and Dime......Terrible” I own a small business and would NEVER disrespect my customers the way they do. They don't pay for the shipping return and have a "restocking" fee. Doesn't matter if you didnt even touch the product and its in perfect shape with the tags. You lose. The sizing stinks and the customer service is worse. STAY AWAY!!
