“Item didn't match picture or description on website.” Really bummed. The item didn't match the picture or description on the website. Still Epic Sports wouldn't help--they required me to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee. It was too expensive, so I had to keep the product. Beware of the good reviews listed on their website. Those ratings must have been bought.

“Takes forever” Product is a great deal but prepare to wait a long time ...Its not the place when you need speedy shipment...I may do business here again but not when I need something quick
“Horrible turn around time” I ordered my product on January 13, and it still shows in progress when I check status. It did say online it could take 7-9 business days to ship. However, it's day 9 and it still hasn't shipped!!! I mean, really. You had no problem taking the money from my account. “Pathetic from Cody on down, but especially Cody!” Placed order and their system delays my order but instead of expediting shipping to make good on order, blame me for my shipment being a week late because I chose economy shipping? Doesnt seem right in the world of online, retail shopping opportunities. If you dont like what you have at the bottom, look to the top and Cody is a fine example of excuse making and poor customer service.
“Poor quality” I have ordered jerseys in the past and have never had an issue but this year all of the letters and numbers are falling off after one use and I cannot get a response from the company. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

“Disappointed” The Alleson softball pants I ordered are so poorly made and sized incorrectly, dont waste your time. It was $10 for regular shipping (a total rip off) then $10 to ship them back. I also was hit with a 15% re-stocking few. I should have just burned the pants. I will never order from them again.
