“HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!” We ordered referee shirts from their site. “Charged me and refused to send the order” I placed an order and after they charged my bank account they sent messages instructing me to call their service line because they put my order on hold. After waiting on hold forever they told me that they couldn't match my billing address and shipping address. “Crap product - crap customer service” I ordered several pairs of compression shorts ranging in price from $3 - $27. I usued the size chart on the company web site. The shorts did not fit many of the girls. The few that fit- the shorts rolled down from the waist band in minutes & the legs crept up until they resembled a bikini bottom. 2 days after delivery/ I contacted customer service, who - despite many conversations & descriptions & photos - told us - too bad ! “Terrible customer service” I ordered 2 pair of same pants for my daughter. One pair fit great the other was way too small. I think they were missed marked. I argued with them for three months about getting my money back or getting a new pair. The service rep Lori is horrible she asked me for pictures three different time and lost them. She would not give me bosses phone number. Do not buy from this business. Discount for this business means customer loosing money.
“Terrible process from order till finally receiving.” Ordered multiple products for my team on 5/24 and paid way too much money for extra 3-day shipping. “Worst.” Vesper &jdavis@epicsports.com did not provide customer service what so ever. They did not care about my order being wrong. Vesper stated knowing I needed my items ASAP, "you paid for ground shipping so we'll return as such." After speaking with Sarson USA myself, I am happy again; however, I don't think I'll order again.
