I purchased a POS system from this company, but shortly after, I was informed that I would not be able to secure a lease to start my business. Consequently, I requested the cancellation of my order and a full refund, as I had neither received the POS system nor signed any Terms and Conditions. At the start, the team at EPOSNow was extremely helpful, in constant contact trying to obtain our business. We had been given a certain transaction fee for our store, now two months in they have emailed us saying that this was increasing. The customer service for EPOS now is up there with the worst available for such a good product. I have contacted EPOS now repeatedly since December 2024, after being overcharged on two invoices for items that we had been assured were addressed, and refunded. Australian Warning! System doesn't work, no technical support, the "retentions team' is actually an AI bot! We have lost 1000's in retail dollars using Epos NOW! Not recommended, listen to the reviews. A lot of the good reviews on here are FAKE! Owner of EPOS NOW takes photos of himself with old Ferrari's on instagram. they are making more money from signing you up to subscriptions that the machine itself. although the training session was great, the product itself failed to deliver. Got stuffed around when trying to make complaints, tried to return product as it turned out to be a big rip-off. Very poor customer service, would never deal with this company again

After cancelling the account in accordance with the terms and conditions we continue to be billed monthly. Repeated calls to them do not resolve it.

Terrible Service Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tickets ignored for years with no response, shocking unprofessional phone support. Historic Reporting not working correctly and all attempts at fining a solution ignored. Thankfully we’ve changed to a new POS. My advice is to look elsewhere, they are just a bit cheaper than the rest but don’t let that lure you in.

EPOS Now POS System - Avoid Please They were helpful while I was a customer. Once I tried ending my service they started making random charges on my card. $720 later I still have not been reimbursed and had to close my card to stop the charges. Was told the charges are a valid part of closing the account even though I paid $1456 from their site to close. Continue to take unauthorised money out of my account. Months on end. That should be zero stars. After 5 refunds, promises that no further unauthorised money will be taken out of my account, ANOTHER $151.80 has just been taken from me. Absolutely disgusting.
