The company promise lots of things but once you are signed up you get flicked around the world. I returned a eftpos machine in which they denied every receiving back despite me sending them a copy of postal reception. They kept charging the monthly fee. We are now 6 months on and still deducting payments... AVOID USING THIS COMPANY....

Absolutely diabolical. I’m running my business on and off since 2022. Now that we’ve closed the business and even after multiple emails to the accounts team to tell them to cancel my account they still keep sending me invoices and attempt to deduct money every month. They mentioned they needed $300-400 to cancel the subscription even though I’ve been with the company for over 2-3 years. This is the brutal truth about EposNow. Please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT purchase a subscription. OR READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

I called epos now to asking for a particular feature which was said will be provided and a direct debit was set up, on the same call I asked how will i set up this feature to which the sales rep said they don’t have that option and provided me with an alternative which doesn’t work for me. The the money got deducted from my account. I filed a complaint and asked them to check it to which they said it was not mentioned and want me to pay a cancellation fees for something I didn’t ask for didn’t wanted. If I could give them a minus 5 i would to be ohonest the worst service once you sign up they take your money goodluck. Not to mention I've asked for refund from 4months ago due to delays in system delivery. We ordered 4 systems and caused our buisness significant delay due to there dishonesty. Do not buy this system for a restaurant. Very substandard. Opening night was put into complete chaos when orders disappeared or somehow moved around other tables. Lost a lot of money over several days due to orders missing. Persisted for 7 shifts. Same problems persisted. When asking for system to be returned due to constant losses I was told that I got what I needed. Eventually after going through each level of complaint all I got was a dear John letter. . I'm extremely disappointed with Eposnow POS system. Despite paying over $50/month for the subscription, I'm also charged $514.8 for renting the card reader. The 'free' eftpos machine comes with a catch - you're liable for the card reader costs even after canceling your subscription, regardless of returning the item. To make matters worse, payouts are often short, and I've had to constantly chase for payments. Due to these issues, I wouldn't recommend Eposnow to anyone

Absolute scam company! After months of not being able to use the system, no training and all the other issues everyone else is complaining about - we were finally able to get the bank to put a block on Epos Now so they couldn't keep taking money for a system we can't use. Surprise, surprise as soon as they can't take any money we get a call from Andrew in "customer support".
