Worst Support. The system is okay until you don't have to contact customer support. The support is terrible. I negotiated the eposnow payments rate, but for 4-5 months they kept charging the higher rate. On the dashboard it shows lower rate and they are charging higher rate. I am still waiting for the refund, its already been more than 4 months. Look for the alternatives if you are reading this review.
So much on sale promises Worst customer servise and setting up non user friendly Non user friendly no support no contact dont buy i am delayed by weeks now because of it people dont even understand what you explain to they ask for time and call you day later apologise and say sorry went like that for weeks and when we finally caught up told me that i have to setup not they wilm set it up Tolly whaste of money and time
WORST SERVICE and support Just bought the system and now CANNOT get in touch with a single person to get any help with setup, paid for 24hr support but you cannot physically talk to a single person

Scammers We notified in written email that we have sold our pub in Mungungo. They took out 3 more payments after the date of cancellation. We rang each time and was told it would be rectified and would be refunded. The last call was told we need to pay a release fee, which is less than the monthly payments before they could do anything about it. Not even guarantee we would get any refund at all. Do not purchase Epos now system I am writing this review to share my horrendous experience with Epos Now, and I hope it serves as a warning to potential customers. As a new business owner, I signed up with Epos Now under the impression that I would be billed a reasonable $53.90 per month for their services. Lots of Bugs When we are in hospitality, we need speed. This system need lots of key to press and it is slowing us down. When we open a table, for dine in to take orders, we need to also select dine in on the menu order. Not very user freindly.
Scam, stay away. They will sell you a very cheap price. But the surprises will start on your Bills when they keep charging you extras. Doesn't matter how many emails or call you make rectify the situation. Worst company ever I dealt with
Dodgy Company Promote Everywhere $139, but actually it is $139 per month Saw epos now ad in Facebook, shows was $999, now $139. Ring them and they told me it is $139 per month. I ask was $999 per month before. They said no, it just an advertising trick. I hope ACCC can monitor this company as they provide misleading and incomplete information on their advertising.
