Absolute junk. We have been using for over a year and constant issues. Always our fault apparently. Yet we have Tyro and it NEVER fails. NO matter how many hours we spend on the phone with their techs they cannot seem to fix anything long term. Till draw failed from start. Reciept printer screwed within a couple of weeks. Connection failure between terminal and reader means having to hard wire everything and then still constantly failing. Loss of time, profit, and peace. Absolutely worst service and just greedy for money. They will take unauthorized payments and their customer support is deceiving, clearly lying about the things. We were told that we won't be charged for eftpos terminal but when the terminal arrived then we saw $40 rental for that every month. On top of that the wrong serial number terminal was sent and it didn't get along with their system. Very bad service, most of the team sitting in UK and making us fool. I have now stuck with this company. I will recommend not to use these company.

Do not opt for their service as they will not support after sales and in worst case scenario if you are cancelling their service , they will come up with so many charges which were never disclosed on sales. I was taking followus to share me the label to send their terminal back and was not responded back on emails and when called was assured that I will receive the label on my email shortly which I never received. Don't Touch This system or this company Ever!! Client of mine purchased this system, it has never worked since day 1, they have tried to engage customer service for a full refund due to the company failing to provide the paid for service in a reasonable time. In the mean time this company has STOLLEN fees from my client, double charged them and On top of this they think it's appropriate to charge a early cancellation fee. This company has no morals and has broken several ACCC laws.

I purchased a POS system from this company, but shortly after, I was informed that I would not be able to secure a lease to start my business. Consequently, I requested the cancellation of my order and a full refund, as I had neither received the POS system nor signed any Terms and Conditions. At the start, the team at EPOSNow was extremely helpful, in constant contact trying to obtain our business. We had been given a certain transaction fee for our store, now two months in they have emailed us saying that this was increasing. The customer service for EPOS now is up there with the worst available for such a good product. Australian Warning! System doesn't work, no technical support, the "retentions team' is actually an AI bot! We have lost 1000's in retail dollars using Epos NOW! Not recommended, listen to the reviews. A lot of the good reviews on here are FAKE! Owner of EPOS NOW takes photos of himself with old Ferrari's on instagram. they are making more money from signing you up to subscriptions that the machine itself.
