Very very very bad customer service!!! i’ve been very careful to choose which one is a good one for my business, but unfortunately i’ve had choosen the worse one … everytime i called people answer from the foreigner country.. i want to speak with Australian people please? We are paying too much money and we can’t even get a good customer service here.. you guys advertised that you’re in Gold Coast?
Do Not Use EPOS 1 star is 10 stars too many. horrendous customer service. All I can say is software did not work for us so wanted to cancel. The Australia sales manager said no worries, 4 months later we are still being charged for the service we don't use and no clear idea of when and it will be both cancelled and refunded. even if the software works for you, do not use them because if you have any issue I would not expect to have it corrected in a timely manner.

If I could give 0 I would Was sold a FULL POINT OF SALE SYSTEM Received a card reader. Immediately emailed asking where the rest of it was as I had been under the impression that I had signed up for the full system, to which I received a response of “Yes, you did. It will be out within 7-10days, we send the card reader 1st to set up” 24 days later, no system because apparently, I was set up for a card reader ONLY. Keep away Keep clear of this system I bought 2 system 4 wks ago there still in the box after they called me to set it up the person couldn’t be heard and was told to call back and never did call back. 4 times I called to arranged the appointments. They confirmed the times and no one called. Nice looking system. But if this is the after sales support then youll be screwed after they get you money

Terrible customer service After returning 3 eftpos machines because they failed to deliver the credit card surcharge I decided to move on with another provider, now they are charging me a premium fee, which was unfair, charging me for a product I don't have, also the system is really slow and lacks on features, I have been working on hospitality for 17 years, in London, Dubai, USA this is definitely on my worst system list, is cheap but is terrible, never again, I don't raccomemd
Terrible Customer Service Before signing the contract they were calling us multiple times and and once contract is done they dont have any interest on us as we are on 1 year lock in contract. we are facing too many issues after joining in and tried to call the customer support multiple times. they just put us on the hold for long time and then say they need to talk to senior technician and cut the phone. terrible service.

Impossible to cancel After our store closed I requested that the continuous payments being deducted from our account cease and money be refunded. Return email simply said request denied. Be very careful signing up to this service. Read everything very carefully unless you too want to be paying through the nose for years after you cease trading. All I can hope for is that eventually they'll stop debiting my account.
