They are liars and thieves They are still stealing from my bank account 6 months after we cancelled the account. Every time I contact them they tell me the matter has been referred to a "higher up" who will arrange a refund. This has never happened nor do I believe it will. They cannot be trusted. This has been one of the worst experiences in my 30 years in business. Definitely do not enter in to an agreement with them
Terrible Never even got signed up and already know I would never use their services. Spoke with a sales rep and I am now getting messages that my payments have not gone through. I never even got as far as signing up. They are aware and haven’t fixed it. If they are this bad before you sign up I cannot imagine how bad they will be down the road. All this because I spoke with a sales rep for a quote. Ridiculous
The Worst Company ever!!! Please AVOID at ALL COSTS. Hassled to purchase EPOS System in June 2023. They continued to withdraw funds regularly from my credit card regardless of my telling them not to do this! Sent me a wrong product that requires wifi. Changed the system but they keep on charging the money for software and the epos/tab machine. Refused to give us a refund for the over charged money (2 locations) although I informed them that it's a just one location. They refused to cancel the contract. Taking them to court 1... read more
DISGUSTING SERVICE-DO NOT USE Purchased the system 3 WEEKS ago and was told I would get training 2 days later and NOTHING!! Lee made contact via email requesting my bank statements and said we cannot proceed without them or send through the eftpos machine. Weeks later, after many emails I still have not received training....Lee fails to reply to emails and misses scheduled appointments. Rubbish System. Wasting of time Rubbish system ever, they only respond you until you’re in their trap and once you’re their customer, their system is down on the peak sale time(new year time) and they have no idea what happened to their system. They’ll never fix it on time and Very ACTIVE to Deduct the Amounts from customers accounts. A Big NO to this system, Never Never Never Trust them.

Disgraceful company Absolutely disgraceful company. Utterly unprofessional, ignore all emails, ignore all phone calls, keep taking $$ out of your account once not using them anymore. Do not use this company. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Ok product, BAD customer service Trying to get in contact with customer service is like finding a needle in a haystack. I encountered a fair bit of problems with Epos Now and when I try to call them, they are closed. _ There is NO EMAIL! for customer support either. The Worst [Content Removed] Company ever- AVOID at ALL COSTS Hassled to purchase EPOS System- still, goods arrived and did not work at the Cafe. Straight up scammers Great salesman to hook you in promising partners who can deliver anything you needed. When it didn't work out after a year, we requested cancellation of the subscription and were advised to return the EFTPOS machine which was done. 6 months later and several conversations with customer support to stop the charges, I receive the same excuse that my request is "sitting with the manager".
