Worst company I have ever dealt with. With holding funds and not paying me even though they were paid Stay away just a crooked bunch of operators

Took 1 month to arrive and I’m the one who had to chase it up. Delayed my business opening. So many issues with the system and still ongoing issues.

Sales offer your everything - after service is terrible. If you have an IT back ground and can work it out yourself you will be fine, if not your screwed. We are currently looking for another provided I would not recommend.

the rquest took over a week with several emails requesting the same changes, this initial interaction was extremely poor, time consuming and no direction or process from Epos Now support. After several calls and with assistance from , we were able to achieve what was a very simple request!

If I wrote how terrible this company is, I might look like I’m just a bad review giver with a chip on my shoulder. This company see’s its customers as [Content Removed] that can constantly be taken advantage of. They will bill you for any and everything and if you would like to discuss it, you will find that not a single person is qualified to actually assist, and cannot put you through to anyone qualified to do so. Absolute junk. We have been using for over a year and constant issues. Always our fault apparently. Yet we have Tyro and it NEVER fails. NO matter how many hours we spend on the phone with their techs they cannot seem to fix anything long term. Till draw failed from start. Reciept printer screwed within a couple of weeks. Connection failure between terminal and reader means having to hard wire everything and then still constantly failing. Loss of time, profit, and peace. Absolutely worst service and just greedy for money. They will take unauthorized payments and their customer support is deceiving, clearly lying about the things. We were told that we won't be charged for eftpos terminal but when the terminal arrived then we saw $40 rental for that every month. On top of that the wrong serial number terminal was sent and it didn't get along with their system.
