Please don't trust what sales reps says I inquired about $0 upfront offer they had and the sales rep said it has a high monthly fee, So I wanted a package with no monthly subscription and wanted to pay bit extra upfront, Then Lachlan(sales rep) gave me a quote of around $600 and told be he's chuck a free eftpos (1.7% transaction fee). I didn't want the eftpos but he keep insisting to take it and told if i don't use it, it doesn't matter. He told me I won't be paying any other fees for 12 months. Terrible i am having issues with them as well. I have called the australian small business and family entreprise ombudsman. I am contacting every single person on productreview so we could all make a formal complaint. I am going through the steps now. The person i talked to in the ombudsman office is Tom (there is only one Tom in the whole office) and their phone number is 1300 650 460, he said the highest the number of people makes noise the highest the priority will be to them. Terrible product, horrible service This system is zero star. There is always problems with the hardware and software. If you call to get support it would take forever to be answered. Once the problem been fixed it will occur some other problems. I paid to get the full support but they would never answer the phone after 10 pm. When you complain they said there is no record as the other staff used their phone devices to call them instead of mine. Waste of money. Buy something else This system is not what you are told. We have massive problems with all parts of this set up. From tills not opening to no printing out in kitchen when we have spent 1000s on up dating wifi. Also the backup is poor , for the money we spent it’s Rubbish buy elsewere. Not worth 1 star

The worst company I've ever dealt with! Bottom line - run away as fast as you can. Eposnow is THE worse company I've ever dealt with by a significant margin. You think Telco's are hard to deal with, try and get support from these guys! After purchasing the product and buying two tills (cost of over $1200 NZD), the communication from the sales rep and my 'allocated' technical support person vanished completely.
