Unethical, dishonest, devious, and immoral business DO NOT SIGN UP. You are virtually forced to take legal action against this company to try and recoup the thousands of dollars they end up fraudulently costing your business. Once they have your credit card number, they will continue to charge you under different codes - you cannot get rid of them. They should be run out of business by consumer affairs. The Worst Customer Service & Average Pos System At Best... I signed up with Epos Now in early 2020. Sales customer service was exceptional and wonderful, after i purchased, any support took atleast 45mins to over an hour to have a support person answer at the other end.. Half the time, they would tell me they aren't trained in that area and they would have someone contact me - usually taking up to a week to phone me back. SCAM….SCAM…SCAM The whole thing was such a scam. They were very enthusiastic to get you signed up, then left you hanging as soon as you paid them. All the technical support were such a joke. They didn’t know what they were talking about. And I didn’t know that I have 36 months contact for the thing that I couldn’t even use. Now they want me to pay $1000 for early termination fee. Pathetic customer service. Don't buy any services from this company. I am trying to activate my POS and EFTPOS for more than two weeks now. Implementation manager who I have been assigned didn't do anything and left the company all of sudden. I haven't been assigned any new implementation manager. ePos Now - Support is non-existing Cannot speak to anyone quickly for service and / or support. Wait times on the phone up to 1 hour. They don't follow up with keeping you up to date as to where your query is at. No training or helping with set up.

BAD SERVICE very poor service, waited few times over phone to get help waited over each time over 40 minutes and so unprofessional staff, ask to help to add on in menu told only they can help if its over 500 items and guy sounds like still in bed, call them to buy services or as a new customer they will answer straight way.

Unreliable service Great Sales service to encourage you to purchase their system, but after that the service & wait for help is shocking lengthy times on hold to wait for help, their service is bad, training is random, still in dispute with Eposnow, I would never recommend them to anyone, if someone suggest that you purchase from Epos now........
