Avoid dealing with this company at all cost!! I am giving 1 star only because there no option to give 0. The worst company. I has purchased a whole set of POS including the card machine reader. Before I opened for business, when I received the card machine I noticed it wasn't cordless. I contacted the representative that was teaching me about the system and he suggested that I upgraded to S12 machine which is cordless for only $55 one off payment and that I will still receive the promo of 12 month free of charge for the card... read more
Very bad Experience Extremely slow communication and we are still under setup from last four months. Account manager don't care about their client. Avoid.

Waste of time and money, card reader failed multiple times, even with replacement unit. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. It’s truly a waste of money no matter how cheap or simple the system is. Their technology is antiquated and the card reader will fail frequently. We were unable to take payment multiple times during grand opening week which was my worst nightmare. Scammed me There should be option to go for Zero Star. They scammed me. They sold the hardware and told me that i can use the hardware if i exit from the plan but in reality the hardware is useless for me as it only can be used for Epos Now. Do not sign up with these scammers.
WORST customer service that I ever have If I were to rate EPOS as 0 or below, it would be entirely warranted given the seriousness of the issues we've faced. Worst Support. The system is okay until you don't have to contact customer support. The support is terrible. I negotiated the eposnow payments rate, but for 4-5 months they kept charging the higher rate. On the dashboard it shows lower rate and they are charging higher rate. I am still waiting for the refund, its already been more than 4 months. Look for the alternatives if you are reading this review.
