Dont use epos now horrible customer service Worst customer service i have ever had or seen. Infact they dont have any. Tryn contact somebody good luck. I had a till in a pizza shop for 2 years. And in that time found there service at any time to be sub standard with any issues i had. I sold my shop 8 weeks ago despite talking to epos now in Australia and doing a changover back weeks ago they completely stuffed up something so simple. Terrible Jordan from Epos Now was absolutely terrible. Hi call timing was totally off, called at 8am on a weekday? When he finally reached me and spoke he did not make an effort in understanding my business at all, I could tell he was simply mouthing off a selling speech he had in front of him, of products which were no where close to applicable to what I am looking for. No product / industry knowledge at all. Def in the wrong job. An absolute waste of my time! Put me right off this company, please dont ever call me again!

System Keeps Bugging Out, No Support, Hard to Set up and Use SO angry with the product and service I have received…. If you want a reliable, easy to set up and easy to use system and great support, DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE!!!! To start with the printers arrived with enough paper to last 3 orders, leaving you frantically running around for paper after you were told “you’ll have everything you need to get started!”. Beware of Epos Now Please beaware of these robber company, I get the contract for 32 pound a month. but when I received invoice it was 100 pound a month. thery are absolutly lier people. dont trust them please.

Steal money in a day light Take them and report them to ACCC If you can read this please report your case to consumer watch dog . Do not signed with them ! I have signed back in July 2023 but I find out on my area no nbn service so I told them I can’t use the system plus the epfos machine that they never sent out to me . Epos are thieves. Do not use them Terrible, untrustworthy, missing money, donor use epos now. Since I started with them 3 weeks ago I have noticed there is a vast difference in the amounts the previous vendor was making daily compared to what I am making. And I am doing the same numbers, same average spend per head, only I am receiving 1/4-1/3 less in my account. They are stealing my money. They are dishonest, I going to smart pay.
