Epos now dont buy it I have had a system for a year and a half. Its now obsolete with software issues. Dont bother trying to get it fixed. Support woefully bad. Dont bother trying to get sense out of any one there your wasting your time. Despite paying insurance for a new terminal i was told because its not physically damaged i can't get a replacement even though its not working omg really. RUN AWAY DONT USE VERY SLOW ALSO CAME WITH FAULTY. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with Eposnow. Firstly, their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. I had an issue with my POS system and it took days to get any sort of response from their support team. For peace of mind, go somewhere else I tried to cancel my subscription in January which going by the emails received I thought had been resolved only to find out they were still still taking money out 2 months later (I hadn’t realised until now) rang to voice my complaints and then told there was a $500+ exit fee contrary to what their rep said when first purchasing their products. Liar !!! When they sold the program to us, their representative told us we can cancel any time without cancelation fee. But when we would like to cancel them, they said they will charge us about $500. Liar!!! Please do not choose this system to use in your business.

No Help Before you signed up they will call you none stop but when you want to cancel their service they would make up so much excuses, noone will get back to you to discuss the issue & you cannot speak to their manager or cancellation team, they would keep on taking money out of your account, come up with figures that was never explained to you in the contract. Terrible They lie to you to get you to sign up, the dont live up to any of their obligations, provide no support at all, they then lie to you at every complaint and when you finally finish your contract and cancel they just keep taking the payments out anyway. Blatantly stealing from you, when you call them they say its a glitch on their side and just give you the run around. They should be shut down with how disgusting their behaviour is. Just the absolute worst company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I cancelled my account LAST YEAR IN MAY! I have emailed and called on multiple occasions and they have continued to take money out of my bank account and still will not refund and cancel my account. It is honestly a joke, worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Not to mention we cancelled our account because it was horrible. It never worked!! Please DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH epos now Sales rep [Name Removed] is full of rubbish, he called me to offer me 1-year free subscription for the software and 2 years of free eftpos services from epos now. Later, when I received the invoice it stated that 1 year of software support and 1 year of free eftpos service after using the EFTPOS service for 24 months. what a joke!!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
