Steer Clear Their system charges surcharges on cash transactions. Their system charges random surcharge amounts on different transactions. Their system crashes the same time everyday, with any EFTPOS transactions prior to the crash being ommitted from the EOD reports. This company needs to be looked at by ASIC or someone. Harassment with regards to eftpos charging. Great to deal with on the purchase of my epos system. Terrible to deal with in regards to the eftpos system. Will not call the customer when he/she has a problem.
Don’t waste your time! Terrible service and product If I could give a negative score I would! Worst company to deal with- service was disgusting/ there call centre staff have no idea- literally hang up on you if your having any software issues- managed to get ourselves out of contract after 6months of service not working properly- to then have them continually charge us- good luck speaking to anyone with half a clue of what’s going on! Small business owners should avoid at all costs!!!
Eposnow is sooo crap Epos now use an Aussie address and a call centre from Brisbane. I regret not assessing the credibility of this POS system company. Once you’ve signed the incredibly low cost contract, you might as well have an abacus or calculator, which you will probably need after all the fines you will be paying. Need help with something? Still being charged after cancelling Epos system would often be offline causing loss in sales. We have since stopped using them and dispute offering returns for down times, they continue to charge us for a system we cancelled months ago. Communication has been terrible.

Dishonest conduct, inconvenient and unacceptable. They debited my account for month for some "add-on" that I explicitly refused via email correspondence. When I raised the concern for a refund, it took them months and they still have not returned the funds. Do not trust these people with your business, an honest advice. Plain theft in my view. A regrettable decision for sure.

Its my money We have been using this system for under 6 months and twice I have had to chase up our payouts, one took three weeks and we are currently waiting for a payout of over $35k and have been chasing for the last 12 days !!! If you're in Australia, payment team is in UK, get no reply from constant calls and emails. Are they thieves ....???
