After cancelling the account in accordance with the terms and conditions we continue to be billed monthly. Repeated calls to them do not resolve it.

Terrible Service Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Tickets ignored for years with no response, shocking unprofessional phone support. Historic Reporting not working correctly and all attempts at fining a solution ignored. Thankfully we’ve changed to a new POS. My advice is to look elsewhere, they are just a bit cheaper than the rest but don’t let that lure you in.

EPOS Now POS System - Avoid Please They were helpful while I was a customer. Once I tried ending my service they started making random charges on my card. $720 later I still have not been reimbursed and had to close my card to stop the charges. Was told the charges are a valid part of closing the account even though I paid $1456 from their site to close. Continue to take unauthorised money out of my account. Months on end. That should be zero stars. Took money 4x out of my account and MONTHS to refund. Still waiting on one refund. Worst company ever. DO NOT GO WITH EPOSNOW. This company double charged me for months on end after I told them this is happening, then not refunding it for months afterwards. Worst experience. Tried to cancel when my contract is already finished, epos has asked me to send back the machine which I did three four weeks ago. Thy still continuously charged me over $100 AUD everymonth for two month straight now. I have to chase them email call them constantly to fix their mistake.
