Worst company ever !!! Was attracted to lower rates and interagated with xero. Received multiple calls and high pressure to join up. One joined, communication on there end went non existent. You can call, email, raise tickets it's all ignored by them. Will be lodging with the ombudsman eposnow is a total scam. Program glitches and dosnt search properly. Please don’t take this system I spoke with the sales person his name is verinder pal singh over the phone and he ask bank details, now I even use the system or I never sign the contract or I don’t have the hardware, but they taking money from my account , not sure what to day

Impossible to cancel I dont know how many calls or emails it takes to cancel an agreement, but it seems to be impossible. Our store has closed 2 months ago but the funds still continue to come out of our account, with more emails this morning saying the next payments have been deducted, when will it stop? We have also been advised by email and numerous texts that an extra monthly payment will be charged due to no transactions being processed. Worst company I have ever dealt with Sold my business and new owner signed up and took over the system in May it is now end of Sept and after hours and hours on the phone they are still attempting to withdraw $$ from my bank account.No communication between departments recieved email to say support case has been marked as closed but still attempting daily to debit my account. Steer clear of this company not worth the headache.
