Never sign up for this system!!!!! Eposnow answers your call when you want to sign up but after that the customer service is horrendous. The one star review is even too much. They would get a minus 10 star review if that would be possible. Impossible to solve issues, emails bounce and WhatsApp request stay unanswered. I have tried to resolve an issue for the last 2 months with no resolve. Never sign up or purchase this epos system!!!!!

Do not use Epos now I signed up with Epos now 6 weeks before I opened my business in June 2020 with a promise of my hardware being here well before I opened. After many follow up calls I received my hardware the day I opened. Things only went down hill from there. You can only schedule half an hour calls with their support agents. SCAM all the way We (unfortunately) subscribed to epsnow around July 2020 and the Scam started pretty much immediately. The Internet connection at our venue, never gave us a problem , but for some reason eposnow works only 65/70% of the time and it is very random. The service and the items themselves are UNBELIEVABLY SHALLOW for what we pay, and the real scam regards the fake offer they proposed to us (I must say... They got us good) .....
