Our overall experience was very good, and we will recommend Erie Home to others. The salesperson was very helpful and informative, and he didn't try to push more on us than we could afford. The workmen were very efficient. Communications with all Erie personnel was great. Our only complaints are a better clean-up of nails and timely removal of the dumpster.

From start to finish this company was phenomenal; the sales reps were knowledgeable and the installation team was incredibly thorough! I was dreading getting a new roof and they took all the worry out of it. I highly recommend this company!

The overall product looks nice and I'm happy with the work that was done. However, the lack of communication was pretty irritating. After the initial consultation, I didn't hear anything back for weeks. It took me trying to get ahold of them for anything to happen. I was also told that they would haul off the satellite dish that was not in use and they just left it laying next to my house.
