Overall, I'm very satisfied with my beautiful new roof. Although a bit spendy, the new *** *******shingles show promising durability. I'm a little disappointed with the Warranty transferability clause that limits its protection to new owners for the first 10 years instead of the full 30 years. The installation was quick and thorough. A good thing with the amount of noise involved.

I love the new roof Erie put on our house. They did a very good job. The crew was pleasant to deal with and cleaned up very well after the roof was finished. The foreman explained everything they did and told me if there was any problems they would come back even though it would be a 50 mile drive. I am very pleased with their work.

Quick service and good communication. Called to tell them about nails being found and they called right back and set up spring service clean up. It was done in the winter so it was as expected. I actually am glad it was done in the winter because we had a very hard rainfall that wouldve come into my house if it had not been done already.
