Work done timely. Basement now able to be used more because it is dry and smells better. Communication inbetween signing up and inspection and actual arrival could be better with few more communication points.

The sales people, ***** and *****, were great. Very personable and professional. The roofers who put my roof on my house were awesome! They worked super hard and got it done in one day. They cleaned up the best they could. Great job! My only complaint is, don't ask them for paperwork to show the insurance company. They won't give it to you unless you really stay on them about it. Right now, I have no proof that my room was done...except that it looks new.

From the initial basement inspection to this review, every person I spoke to at Erie Home was very helpful and professional. They were diligent at their work, and accommodating to our questions and final requests up to and during their clean up.

Sales Rep came out and did a great presentation on different types of shingles and all. We went with the Ceramic shingles. The crew came out the next week and finished the job the same day. We did a roof over. The company even helped me with obtaining paperwork to file with my insurance company. Everything was great!
