The salesmen were super informative and congenial. The workers did a beautiful job and finished in a day and a half. The underlying wood had to be replaced. They cleaned up ALL of the scraps and left the yard in great shape.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous, I had blown in insulation a couple years back and the baffles werent installed correctly. Erie put in some air baffles in the lower part of the roof as well as a ridge vent to make sure the attic was breathing. Happy with the quality of materials! I was pleased with the results!

Salespeople need to upgrade their samples. We selected a solid black color from a sample they showed us, but instead they delivered a two tone black and gray. Salesperson said metal and fiberglass shingles were all the same colors, but management said they are not available in our area. If I had known this I would have gone with a different company and saved quite a bit of money. They did give us a discount but we didnt get the color roof we wanted.
