If I had to rate them on a 1 to 10 basis, I would give all tree of tem a 25. The roof was done quickly and the clean-up was done to perfection. I would highly recommend your company to anyone..

Erie Home was very helpful in the entire process. The workers were very professional and fast. They cleaned everything up after they were done as well. Definitely recommend to whomever is thinking about getting work done on their roof.

Roof looks good. Was done in one day. Could have done a better job of protecting my desk & flower beds. Clean up could have been better day of job but due to snow had to come a couple days later to finish up.Over all a good job. Responded quickly when called about the extra clean up.

They were very clear with what services they offered and how the whole process would go. There was a string of bad weather leading up to the install date and they let me know as soon as they could that the day would need to be pushed back, and it was only pushed back from a Monday to the same Thursday. They got here on time at 7 and had finished the entire tear down/replacement by 12:30. Did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves, as well. This one of my worst experiences ever, first I thought the salesman was trying to spend the night with with hours long sales pitches, second the salesman falls through my ceiling, third the salesman told me that I needed flashing around my fireplace and that they would install them,that didnt happen he said I was on the job for 3wks so i didnt know,after the job was completed they wanted me to inspect the work,I said no because its dark outside so Ill look at it in the morning and I did I noticed that destroyed my gutter gua... read more
