The field rep was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. When the date of installation arrived the crew was very professional and hard workers. They answered all of our questions pertaining to the different phases of installation, old shingle removal, roof board replacement, new shingle installation, and clean up. We are simply delighted with the final results and would recommend them to anyone needing a quality, professional roof replacement.
