I spoke to the most lovely lady, ******. I signed up for the bumper to bumper extended warranty without having the knowledge of what an extended warranty consisted of. I consistently received a piece of mail from ************ to activate my extended warranty in which I had no knowledge of what it consisted of. So far i only had to use their services one time, I have the info to the service man at Kia Motors and they had handled everything, it wasn't on my hands and they made fixing calipers from a $675 job to $100 for me so that was really all I asked. So far so good on my end, just don't get a dumb mechanic that doesn't know how to call a phone number.
