My puppy Lucky love wasn't feeling too well for the past few weeks. He's been vomiting, having loss of appetite, weight loss, and diarrhea, so I said to myself, it's definitely time to find a vet. I first went to this clinic back in the early 1990's. While they always provided excellent care, I switched to another vet because of the cost. And switched again and again. I never found a vet and staff that I was completely happy with. So, I'm back with Evergreen once again. The heck with the slightly higher costs there. I get an excellent vet, Dr. Louie, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a clean, modern facility. In the end, you get what you pay for and my cats are worth it. I brought my kitty here the day after I had to rush him to the emergency overnight vet clinic. They helped save his life. I was a mess and they were incredibly friendly and really made me feel a lot better when I brought him in. This is just a fantastic vet clinic. The place is clean and modern. The staff was extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Arvizu was excellent. If I called and she wasn't in, the other vets were also willing to answer questions and make time for me. I've been coming to this place for years. From my parakeets, my pet rats, and my dogs.. they've always taken care of them.. i remember times when i would have to put down my pets they would send you a card.. and i don't think i've ever recieved that kind of treatment from any vet clinic.. they're very knowledgeable with all types of pets.. and i know.. from my parakeets blood feather.. to my rats tumor, to just basic check up with my dogs.. i've always been satisfied. the staff is very friendly and welcoming.. and they try ... read more
We've taken our beloved Westie to Evergreen Vet Clinic for the past 8 years. They were always very professional, yet compassionate and gave him the best care in the world. When his cancer diagnosis needed further treatment, they referred us to an oncologist. Due to his allergies, we visited there for shots every other week and he was treated by all the doctors and staff. They all showed us the upmost of love and compassion during treatments. I can't believe I haven't written a review for EVC yet, they've taken care of our dogs for years and are fabulous. Our dogs have seen Dr. Barbara Lee and Dr. Amaro fairly regularly over the years and they are kind and knowledgeable vets that share a genuine concern for the health and well being of the animals they treat in their practice. We found a pom mix on the street and decided to take care of it because no one was claiming the poor thing. Yesterday, we took him here for a physical exam and to ask some questions regarding his health, what he needs, etc. The receptionists were ok... Dr. Monica Scott and rest of the staff are the greatest. We've been there only twice and our puppy felt so comfortable and relaxed. Everyone there that has been in contact with our puppy truly loves animals. We've checked out other pet clinics in the area and are so happy to have found this one. Friends of ours also use EVC and they also give very high praises.
