I had an appointment last week with two clinics. This one and Aborn vet clinic. I had two boxer pups in tow. They are only two months old. I was carrying them in my arms. When I arrived, I was lucky that a couple was coming out so they help me and opened the door for me. I went to the desk and the gal that was there, I wish I knew her name, asked me to fill out a form that was on a clipboard. I asked her if she could please help me with my pups. She scoffed and said just put on the floor I said excuse me they are new pups... read more

My dog was a patient at Evergreen about 10 years ago and I decided to write a review for this vet because same doctors still work there. We had seen Dr. Amaro, Dr Lee, Dr Louie, and Dr Arvizu. We thought these doctors were good until my dog passed away unexpectedly. My dog was getting old but still fine until we saw Dr Lee. About 3 weeks after taking the medicine Dr. Lee prescribed, my dog started getting more sick. Dr Amaro diagnosed and told us that my dog's illness can be manageable. The doctor started injection treatme... read more

AFTER 15 YEARS of taking our dogs here, the ONE TIME we desperately needed them, they DENIED us compassionate service. Rocco, my beautiful black lab rock & constant companion of 10 & a half years, took an unexpected turn for the worse & needed to be put down on September 2nd ~ I was stranded in Puerto Rico during Hurricane Irma, so my husband & other family members made the agonizing decision to let him go even though I wasn't there. Shockingly, they coldly informed my husband that he needed an appointment & couldn't be seen... read more

If I could put a negative star I would. I brought my dog here a few weeks ago because she was losing her hair. I came here earlier this year for my dogs teeth cleaning and seemed to go well so I was hopeful they would help. The Dr. told us she had fleas and was scratching her hair out. I SPECIFICALLY asked if I should get flea shampoo and a flea collar and everything. She told me NO that to continue using my oatmeal sensitive shampoo and she would prescribe me a medication with steroids. I followed all directions and it n... read more

If only I could place no stars at all I would.. I thought, "Veterinary" is the branch of medicine that deals with the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of disease, disorder and injury in non-human animals. The scope of veterinary medicine is wide, covering ALL animal species, both domesticated and wild, with a wide range of conditions which can affect different species. Unfortunately they won't see my daughter's pet rabbit who got its foot hurt somewhere.. They shouldn't call themselves a Veterinarian if they can't see a ... read more

If i could give it 0 i would. The girls at the front are awesome. The doctors will charge for unneeded anesthesia treatment and procedures. This has happened twice with my dog. Its pretty sad how they take advantage. They treated us like a number n a way to make money. They never explained our options and the female Veterinary had an attitude when i asked for clarification. Its heartbreaking that they have done this to out pet. This last time- my dog has cancer but they prolonged the referral to oncologist by giving us false... read more

This place is really slipping. I've been bringing my cats here for over 8 years and the service used to be much better. I didn't have to wait long for a vet to examine my cats, and Dr. Amaro had the best bedside manner! Now the place is trying to treat way more pets than it can manage, which means REALLY long wait times, and the front desk staff are not the friendliest anymore. And, I've noticed quite a turnover in veterinarians. For today's appointment, they had me waiting for the most part of 2 hours, while they tri... read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in to ask a few questions. The receptionist with the bright red hair was very snippy. She seemed impatient as i was trying to ask the question and seemed not to listen to my concerns at all. This receptionist never came up towards me at the counter and just was talking to me from the other side of the office. I had asked about their procedure for shots and costs of test to see what vaccinations I would need for my dog. Her only response was "Again, like I said we would have to take tests t... read more

I went yesterday, assistant looks like very racist, my pet was not willing go inside to check uppaji room and, on weighing machine. she was standing there not even helping to me as my pet my pulling leash very hard and running. I was holding my pet pushing him on weighing scale, she was just watching , even didn't care to help. I wouldn't recommend this clinic if you have black skin.. I would change my vet..no service. sorry to say that....
