I was going to be a new client here but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. My appointment was scheduled a week from now so it is well before the 24 hour cancellation notice. At the initial time of booking my appointment for my pets, they sent me an email with a receipt of my deposit and a message stating, "If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give notice within 24 hours, it is refundable with the 24 hour notice. After years of driving out of my way to go to this vet, I am done. They had the audacity to ask me to refer friends last week. After which I was given 9 day wait to treat my sick dog. I ended up at emergency vet. Shame on this vet. Don't ask me to refer when you can't even see really sick pets of long term clients. Shame on you. I rate you low as you do nothing but raise your prices and not prioritize the clients that have long been in your practice asking for new clients. What are you thinking. I'm done with your services.

Very disappointed. The last few times I've needed to get my pets in to be seen bookings for appointments were weeks out (various excuses given). Now they want you to call first thing in the morning in case of any cancellations for that day. There's no guarantee there will be any cancellations. This just doesn't work for me. I need a clinic that's reliable and will see my pet within a reasonable time. I don't know what has happened to this clinic but as a client for over 20 years I'm done.

I came yesterday at 2 pm with Kohi. The front desk receptionist, Christine P. tried making me pay 429.70 dollars and told me that's my total for the whole visit. I was severely confused and said what? I didn't even get his shot yet. She said he did in the back. I said no he didn't. She said yes he did... then she realized he didn't get his shot.... she didn't say anything about making the mistake.. I haven't needed services for a couple of years, but today (6/15/22 @ 2:25 pm), I called for an appointment because my cat has obvious pain that happened overnight in his hind leg. When I called to have him seen today the person told me they were all booked up and they didn't have appointment till next week...even though it said on their add they take emergency's, the person I talked with said if it's an emergency, take him to the Emergency Clinic because they don't do emergencies. Am I going crazy? My puppy isn't even 2yrs old yet and each time I inquire about getting neuter pricing the price quote keeps increasing. It went from ~$260 to $550 then just last month I was told $700.

Our dog got ran over and we rushed her to this clinic and we were begging for help but no one answered. We called and talked to a representative on the phone and she said that they "heard all of the commotion but didn't come to help because they were on their lunch". Our baby passed away because of their negligence to open their doors to try and save our little girls life.
