I could not be more upset with Evergreen Veterinary Clinic, my 9 year old dog who I love to death had been with Evergreen Veterinary Clinic since day one, I recently took my dog in for what turned out to be an Ear (Aural) Hematoma, he was being seen by Dr. David Louie and I actually like him he was very kind, he thoroughly explained everything to me he drain my dogs ear, set me up for a follow-up, for some reason it kept coming back, I'm on my way for a third draining, my dogs ear was so swollen, I was running late there was... read more
I thought the staff was friendly but I hated how the Vet himself didn't even really take the time to look at my dog, who is 14 years old by the way. We took my dog hoping the Vet would recommend us some medicine or send us to a specialist or something but no he said she wouldn't make it through surgery that she was old and that he wouldn't recommend it.. April of last year I found a small lump on the right side of the rib cage of my ten-year-old GSD. Knowing cancer at her age is a high risk, i immediately made an appointment to have it examined. Her regular vet examined her and suggested samples and x-rays ($900+). Once the vet looked at her x-rays, he "confirmed" that there was no attachment of the growth to her ribs, which he assured me meant that it could be treated/removed with no issues. This place is a major rip off! Nothing wrong with the facility and staff. But if you are looking to burn your money for 5 minutes of the vets time. Then this is the place for you. I would appreciated it if they would give us an estimate for the cost of the visit and services beforehand. I took my beagle to get his ears looked at and they determined it was a yeast infection. This place was kinda ok but it's definitely overpriced the staff were nice and friendly but they should do something about the prices
VET IS WAY TO OVERPRICED..went in for a 59 dollar visit..to see why my dog was throwing up... 500$$$ later no one knows whats wrong with her..and they will not refund my meds she didn't even need..all they wanted was to take my money!!!!!!!! they kept talking me into things I should buy..THAT I DID NOT NEED..!!! if they really cared about pets they would have a different attitude! PLEASE DONT GO THERE IF U WANT TO HAVE ANY MONEY LEFT IN UR BANK ACCOUNT!

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!! OVERPRICED VET!!!! DOCTOR: DR. SUSAN MATRE -(She needs to be fired really) I took my dog to this vet because my dog had a red patch on his paw. Once we went into for check up it was $59. I told the doctor my dog has ringworms, but she denied it! There were 3 tests available to see if my dog had ring worm. Instead this bitch tells us its not ring worms so no need for test. (LAZY ASS DOCTOR!!!) She just put some antibiotic medicine on it and charge us another $100 on top for the $59 check. BS!!!
